I've had the worst and most infuriating patient experience ever from this office (and this isn't the first time either). Had a follow up appointment online on Saturday, 4/9/2022. and checked in 10 minutes ahead of time. 10 minutes passed by and still did not receive an email to the webex meeting ID, so I was concerned and called the office to see what's going on. I was told by the receptionist that doctors can sometimes run late for an appointment and that I should receive a call shortly by the MA. 40 minutes passed the appointment and still received no call, so since I was concerned, I called the office again. Receptionist confirmed that I checked in and appointment is still on but transferred me to the MA. The MA denied there was an appointment despite the system and receptionist already confirming it and said she will look into it. Without any warning or follow up, the MA transfer me to the receptionist and that is NOT acceptable! What is wrong with the MA? Instead of actually helping out the patient, she had no answer so she transfers without any warning to escape ownership?? The receptionist stated it may have been a technical issue and suggested to reschedule. As a conclusion, I simply cannot understand how I've experienced a no show on my appointment, despite receiving an email and sms confirmation and checking in. What boggles my mind even more is how unprofessional the staff members are for not following up or taking ownership of their work. If I had never called to follow up, I can't imagine how long I would've waited for an appointment that did not exist. I've wasted my entire morning on this bs. Owner and Office Manager, I hope you're reading this. If you truly care about your patients, please re-train your entire front office staff and instill accountability! This is not acceptable! Update (10/8/2022): Initially gave one star but recent experience has been pleasant. Joyce Kim is an amazing provider and the staff was great.

My family member was given a 11am appointment. Arrived 10:30. At 11:20 were informed we were late??? Told we had to wait until they had a no show. Since he was having allergic reactions to wasp stings we had to leave and go urgentcare.

I have been with terrors for years at 27th Ave location. They are the nicest most compassionate Dr's office I've been too. I recently got stung by a bunch of yellow jackets and was having an allergic reaction. My Dr's office at 27th Ave said to go to the one closest to me to be seen asap. They said go to 6153 w olive terrors for an appointment at 11am. I got there at 10:33 am and waited at the reception desk for 20 minutes while I watched terros workers come and go without even saying a word. So I walked to the main office to see if I could get some help. I walked in at 10:55, they told me that 6151 was where my appointment was (their bad)Then a medical assistant called my name and very rude she says that I was late and would have to wait for a no show which could be hours. Then a guy walks in 2 mins before his appointment and gets called right back.. I was frustrated and asked to speak to a manager but was told it wouldn't do any good. I feel bad for the other people this happens to. It's fairly obvious they could care less and have no compassionn for a person in obvious pain and rapid swelling. It was completely unfair and I felt singled out for no reason. One receptionist was telling me that she understood and didn't know why they were doing that and she wasn't able to help, while the other receptionists were snarky and would not help me resolve it. An automated response that every other honest review gets rather than a sincere response, further shows thier carelessness and lack of compassion. 👇

Front desk will lie to you openly. "Closed my case" after one appointment. Didn't give a reason and didn't notify me until 2 weeks after they supposedly closed it, AFTER an appointment that they sent me 4 text and 3 email reminders for it coming up, all dated AFTER they supposedly "closed the case." Front desk claimed they closed it on July 22nd, and then after I asked why they closed it two days after we rescheduled an appointment that THEY called ME to reschedule, they then said they closed the case a couple hours after the reschedule. Except that would have been 2 days before July 22nd so they're full of it. Could never reschedule with a counselor because instead of scheduling me at Front desk, they would forward me to the voice-mail of the doctor and I could only get and leave voice-mails, then would be called back when I was working. Never able to get in contact or reschedule. Avoid these folks if you actually want to have any appointments because they're just going to send you back to intake after LITERALLY ONE APPOINTMENT to try and take more money from your insurance. Absolute scam of a practice.

This is the second time I have been let down and neglected by this office. I’ve reached out two separate times, asking for assistance in being set up with therapy, and have twice not received a call back like I was supposed to.

If there is negative 5 star I could give to this health center. After I was admitted I found out that their weighing scale, BP reading were inaccurate, the nurse barely communicate and the worst part of all is that they were not willing to give me my lab result. The lady on phone even told me that it is not allowed for a patient to get the copy of thier result (which is not true). I decided to look for other health center and gave a try to Terros on the 27th ave and indian school. Surprising this clinic got access to my lab result and i got a copy which was very important to me too see how my numbers are improving. I don’t advice anyone to get treatment here unless they improve their service🙂

Just don’t even bother making an appointment and go to another provider. I had an appointment at 2. I came in at 150. I wasn’t called in until 236. When I went in the nurse asked general question about why I was there and write it down in a notebook the doctor took about 15 mins to come in and literally only saw me for about 12 mins. Throughout the 12 mins She said her computer froze so she couldn’t input any of my info so she scribbled it on a paper and said “she’ll remember to add it later”. She told me to come In the next day for testing. So I did they told me they would have my results Friday. I called Friday they said they had results but provider needs to go over them so they would send her a message and I’ll receive a call later. I got no call so I called Monday. Same thing, provider had not gone over them and said they will send another message. It has been an awful experience.

this place is a joke! i have had an appointment for over a month now 11/08/22 @ 10:30am. i arrive to my appointment 15 mins early just to be told the clinician is out today. there automatic system were texting harassing me about complete the questionnaire and checking in, they could have called to let me know before i arrived. also, not to mention i also waited until 11:20 because one of the representatives told me there were 11:00 appointments and to see if there would be cancellation, nope wasted my time waiting for that as well. i do not recommend this place what so ever, definitely a bad experience for someone who’s trying to seek mental help. thank you for wasting my time.

Monday it took 8 calls to get someone to answer the phone. Tuesday it took 18 calls. Wednesday it took 16 calls for the phone to be answered. I have proof in my call log on how many times I called just to talk to the receptionist each day. I left voicemails as well with no response. I had my appt Wednesday morning and the dr said if there was an issue I should call back. I called back just a few minutes later and That’s when it took 16 calls (going through the automated system 16 times took 45 minutes) for someone to finally answer. Left another message with no response. My issue was never resolved. It’s unbelievable how hard it is to get someone, anyone to answer. I honestly have no clue what to do. I guess this is the service you receive when you can’t afford a normal Doctor. I would call to complain but no one will answer the phone.

I was treated so poorly at Terros Health. I had just moved to the area and was looking for a new doctor as I take medication for anxiety and depression. Lara Wolfe was so rude , condescending and judgemental during our video call. I have never been treating that way by a medical professional and professional is debatable!!i was denied help and denied alternatives. I luckily was able to find an actual doctor elsewhere who is prescribed the medication that works for me . The entire establishment is so unorganized,, unprofessional and rude . And Lara Wolfe should be fired . SHE SHOULD NOT BE HELPING PEOPLE.

I hate this place. My clinician just left after two years. She never gave me advice. Just sent me work sheets via email like a child. She downplayed and discredited all of my experiences, especially the ones I talked to her about police and DCS. Today I called for an appointment, they put me on hold and just rerouted me to the main voicemail. They only care that they get paid and that they push medication. The more patients the more money. Getting real therapy isn’t an option here and I need to make more money to get real help. They also lied about where my initial file was during Covid. Saying it was out of 27th avenue clinic when I specifically asked for it to be at the olive location. They work against me not for me. They lie in my paperwork, and make me feel disrespected. It doesn’t even feel like they’re qualified or empathetic.

I absolutely love Terros! I have been a client at this location several times, for several years and the counselors there are great! But my experience this recent time makes me never want to leave. Kyle Henry is by far the greatest counselor alive. I have had several counselors and I have never felt more heard from Kyle. He relates and gives feedback, he hears you and reads you and helps you understand yourself more than you even know. I don't think I'll ever leave as long as he is working there. This man needs a raise, a plaque, a badge of honor. Also, the whole staff especially the front building is awesome! They make me laugh everytime I come in, they are caring, they actually want to help anyone that walks through the door. It has definitely became more of a "family" over the past few years. Ps, the security guard there is also great. I appreciate anyone who smiles like they've known you forever.

Unprofessional and unethical. I've over heard the women at the front desk multiple times talking poorly of the patients that have gone in there. Including someone that was mentally challenged and they were calling him retarded. There are also a bunch of weirdos and druggies that come in there, you have to schedule months in advanced just to see someone and they just waste your time by not listening to what your symptoms are I'd pay a $20 copay every-time I came in and never really got the help I needed after dozens of visits I realized the place wasn’t for me. The doctors can care less about your care and treatment. Just save yourself the embarrassment, and headache and find somewhere else if you are coming to terros for behavioral health.

Grows threatment. I called to make an appoitment and the representetive quickly gave a lot of "buts" such as "have you checked your coverage with your insurance" and "we can schedule an apppointment but it will be until July"..... seems like he was having a hard time wanting to schedule the appointment. I hung up. I'll be looking elsewhere.

I took my daughter to Terros to be treated for drug addiction last year. They said she didn’t qualify for in house treatment because she was with family and being kept clean. She continued to use while going to meetings. They clearly aren’t trained to see through an addicts lies. My daughter used fentanyl and went to sleep permanently on March 28, 2023. Thank you Terros.

Amanda Foster is the best primary nurse practitioner I’ve ever encountered! I have not been to the actual doctors in so very long so I had a long list of things wrong. She helped refer me to several specialists. She also helped me with two things I didn’t even come in to get help with just by asking the right questions,. The experience was so great she is so knowledgeable and helpful I cannot stop raving about her to all my friends and family! The other great thing was she had the best medical assistant! Overall great experience and she is the only one I will see from now on! I have finally found my primary person!!!! I am so grateful happy and satisfied with my visit.

100% life saving care. If you are willing to do your work and take responsibility they will bend over backwards to help you. Terros Olive MAT has saved my life and kept me stable for years. I love them so much for everything they have helped me with.

Professional staff on site. This location has gone out of their way to make sure I got help with drug treatment. Also, they carefully selected a combination of asthma and allergy , skin medicines that worked well for my lifestyle (work full time) In a few words, this place saved my life when i was sick and dying. Thank you to all the terros workers ! 5 star review

i’ve been seeing troy since September 2022 & i will never see a different psychiatrist. i met with troy shortly after i was discharged from banner health, & while it’s been a roller coaster of emotions, troy has properly diagnosed me so that i can enjoy living again, something that i truly never thought i would experience again. occasionally it can be hard to get through to the right person, but as a previous medical assistant i understand how hard it can be to get back to every single patient in a day within a busy office. patience is a virtue!! the staff is always kind & knowledgeable, i never feel like i’m leaving or hanging up without answers. i’m so unbelievably thankful for this office & their staff for everything that they do. i’m alive because of them. 🤍

Scheduled an important women's health follow-up appointment back in early December, the earliest slot they had late January, so waiting over a month and a half, only for them to call today and say they would have to reschedule my important appointment because she has "meetings" during the time that I was scheduled for an appointment? I as a patient deserve better than that. I will choose my care elsewhere where I am valued.

Started off good doctors really seems like they care then I go in for an appointment to get to get my refills and unfortunately my doctor wasn't available so I had to see a different doctor while that other doctor kept cutting me off wouldn't listen to me ended up only prescribing a refill for my muscle relaxer not my blood pressure medication I called to let them know that I still needed it and they said at my doctor was out and they would let her know the next day will now it's over a week later and I still don't have my prescription now I'm going to need to find a whole nother doctor because this one obviously doesn't care Update the dr called me and explained what happened and made notes to correct the issue so this shouldn't haopen again...thank you Dr. Verdugo

At first I gave this office and dr Kim a chance but she is not a good physician she has a terrible bedside manner, likes to argue with her patients make you beg for things you need, and isn’t competent enough to fill out family medical leave paperwork for FMLA argued with me over the days my old pcp gave me in the past, does not understand how FMLA works it is was the biggest mistake I made choosing this provider oh and don’t get upset or raise your voice they will get rude with you wow you would not recommend this office to anyone and they lost two patients today my husband won’t be back either she was rude to him and argued with him, someone in my opinion is in the wrong line of work

This place is so disrespectful,Angela was rude and racist by the way I was treated this place needs to be investigated due to the fact that I shared that my blood pressure was extremely high and she denied me my medication and told me to set an appointment.and refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor such a HIPPA violation.

The WORST experience I've ever had with healthcare. Completely incompetent and disorganized. Avoid this company at all cost... they take the caring out of healthcare.

👍👍 I have been a patient of Dr. Singh’s for over 8 years. During that time he has been the most attentive, knowledgeable, & caring doctor that I’ve ever known. I adore him. He takes a personal & genuine interest in his patients. I hope he never retires.
