Eve did a great job with showing us the property as well as one of the apartments. The grounds look nice and the apartment we saw was well maintained. She explained everything really well. I felt that the prices were too high and unreasonable for anyone to live there. I don't know how people afford to pay that much for such a small space, especially in renton. I'm giving this a two star because of the price points.

Living in this apartment has been a mixed experience. While the location is convenient, the persistent issue of loud footsteps from above unit has been a significant drawback, Additionally, the sliding door's misalignment on the rack and molded windows pose maintenance concerns. Moreover, the burden of expensive utilities each month further complicates the living situation. The combination of noisy neighbors, maintenance issues, and high utility costs has made the overall experience less than ideal, After moving in, we encountered an unsettling incident where someone had written a curse word on our doorstep. Despite reporting the incident to the management, there was a disappointing lack of action or resolution. Oh well, we are stuck here for 9 more months. Should've done more research. Don't get fooled by the 5 star reviews and do your own research.

I had a walk in tour some time last week with Chelsea, first things she’s so personable and so sweet! Secondly she’s so informative and really painted a picture of me living here! Thirdly she’s so understanding! Once my lease is up, I’m definitely applying!! She sold me!

Not the best experience living here so far. Upon moving in, a ton of work needed to be done in my apartment (broken front door that I was told would be fixed within days but 3 months later still hasn't been fixed, dirty floors, mold in windows, sliding door not on its track, broken blinds, and the list goes on). Office staff is friendly but not very great at communicating with residents or each other. Currently dealing with excessive late fees on missing rent even though I paid it before it was due and no one in the office seems to know what's going on?

Chelsea and Sarah are amazing! My family and I decided to go with a different location but we almost moved into The Windsor due to the property and the ladies working there. Chelsea was super understanding of my crazy toddler running around and was super accommodating. She didn't turn us away even though she didn't have a 2 bed 2 bath for us to look at, instead she showed us a 3 bedroom just to show us an idea of what to look at. I can't say a lot of places do this and it was very refreshing to give us the option. Thank you Chelsea and Sarah!

Wallace recently came in to my unit to fix a few things for me. He was amazing with my kid, fixed everything perfectly and made sure it all worked before he cleaned up everything! Love the maintenance team!
