Wir haben hier nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise verbracht, es war kurz aber trotzdem vielsagend. Das Hotel obwohl nur wenige Kilometer von der Autobahn A2 entfernt, liegt sehr ruhig. Das Hotel ist modern, bequem und vorbildlich sauber. Ich selbst hatte ein behinderter gerechtes Zimmer, das groß und das Bad sehr gut durchdacht war. Das Hotel verdient also - absolut zu Recht - die Höchstnote. Und dann noch das Hotelrestaurant. Extrem professionelle und sachkundige Berater. Ich schreibe bewusst nich "Bedienung" sondern Berater. Eine so kündige Beratung, sowohl bei Speisen wie auch beim Wein, habe ich selten in den besten Restaurants mit Michelin Sternen (und davon kenne ich einige) erlebt. Und dann noch der Steak.
