Feeling of mess, durum with little meat and that extremely dry and a bit of salad. Very weak! 25 lei + 1 lei bag...To be avoided!

If you are hungry, in a hurry and don't worry about money, the place isn't bad. But the food is not worth the money, customer service is terrible and so it is easy for me to recommend any other fast food over this.

I think the 700g Shaorma is on a diet because it was a long stick, with more salad than meat/potatoes (it certainly wasn't even 500g), the taste was good, nothing to complain about, it felt like the products were fresh. The 3-star review is due to the lack of the card payment option, the quantity of the product and especially the attitude of the employees, who answer as if you are bothering them with your presence (at 12 o'clock there was only one gentleman talking on the phone in the premises, so the workload was not I think it's an excuse for the total lack of kindness), and who at the end throws your shaorma on the counter, he won't stop, he'll shove the shaorma down your throat.

So-so. Has all the ingredients for success, but food made without love or care. Too much mayo on everything, including on salad, meat overdone, döner with side of rice advertised came only with fries. Not great, needs owner attention to improve.

Food is very good. It have got a good Coca-Cola, like McDonalds. I am so happy because this store is in Tulcea.

I was here on May 30, 2023!! More disgusting place like this, I've never met before!!! Card payment was not accepted even though there were signs on the door saying it was allowed! 🙂 Outside at the tables there was dust, dirt, mess on the tables, full ashtrays.. Inside I found a girl bored with life who took our order.. I asked for a large kebab pizza... On which the salad was missing! We weren't notified that they didn't have them or anything.. Well.. I also ordered a menu with breaded cheese that also had cucumbers. They were candied, cut from last week I think, pale, woe betide their cucumber heads. He also had a salad that was pale, soft, changed in color... So all the vegetables that were included in the menu with breaded cheese were well past the deadline when they could be offered to customers. I also asked for ketchup sauce for the pizza, one sweet and one spicy.. The young lady said she was going to see if there was any more spicy.. She came with 2 sauces, one spicy (she had found it) and one sweet, but she told us that she didn't have remember which of them is sweet and which is spicy, and let's check for ourselves! Buuun... Halal employee!!! It was a "long" way from inside to outside at the table to forget! 🙂 After this disgusting visit you will surely be checked by the consumer protection, ANPC.. I assure you.. Such a thing... It's inhuman.. This location should not work like this!!! Guaranteed!

The worst restaurant in Tulcea, I do not recommend this in any way. "fast-food", dried tomatoes, burnt liver, undercooked meat and the tzatziki sauce is just a juice like nothing else, it's not how liquid it is. The staff is very unprofessional, speaking in the first person. What more can I say, a mess of restaurant, I hope it goes bankrupt like this.
