The service on Actic is not it used to ge. last year we stod many months without the possibility to do spinning, simply because the facility couldn't find substitutes. I paid the full rate and didnt complaint eventhough the facility has soooo many flaus. Many things are not functioning properly, 3 spinning cykles have been broken for a long time. I have highlighted the issue to the personal, but it took months to get the bikes repaired. the lights and the sound system in the spinning room have also been broken from time to time. There has been a stop in the shower drain on several occasions. Lately, there is also a bad smell coming out from the shower. the sauna has been functioning for some hours on the weekend. We have had a broken window since way back and it is still broken.The price for the monthly fee is raised, and now, as if it was not enough, we need to pay extra to get water massage and solarium. These two things were included in the subscription before, but not anymore. The monthly subscription in Actic hagsatra is 403 sek and If you want to do a water massage or a solarium, you will have to pay an extra fee of 80 sek.

Jag besökte nyligen Actic Hagsätra och blev positivt överraskad över den totala upplevelsen. Gymmet är perfekt beläget med enkel tillgång via kollektivtrafik och erbjuder även gratis parkering precis utanför entrén, vilket var mycket bekvämt. Inuti fann jag ett välutrustat gym med ett brett utbud av träningsmaskiner, fria vikter och kardioutrustning, vilket gav mig möjlighet att variera min träning och utmana mig själv på olika sätt. Lokalerna var väl underhållna och rena, vilket skapade en behaglig träningsmiljö.

Hej Actic! Jag är en pojke på 17 jordsnurr som älskar att styrketräna på eran anläggning. Men på senare tid har jag blivit allt mer bekymrad över situationen på Actic... Det kommer så mystiska och obekväma ljud från olika platser runt om på gymmet. Ventilationssystemet, omklädningsrummen men framför allt från duschrummen. Det låter lite som något man kan höra i en skräckfilm, flåsande, raspande och ylande. Jag har bara sett detta väsen en ynka gång och då såg jag endast en svans som stack upp ur ena avloppsgallret i duschen. SNÄLLA fixa detta problem, tror inte att det bara är jag som har märkt dessa obekvämheter. Tack Actic Hagsätra! Mvh

Good gym, lots of space, varied training equioment, good people but sadly not all equipment in top notch shape.

Gymma är mycket bra och alla marskin är fina oså. Personalen hälsar alltid osv! Finns bara en detalj som är värd att nämna vilket är ljuden som kommer ifrån avlägsna ställen på gymmet som t.ex dushrummen. Mycke läskigt och obehagligt!

Old fashioned and a bit worn. But homey. A bit of a minus because it was not possible to fog down the ae hall. Which I had wanted when I was doing yoga

No parking, small sauna.

Last 3 weeks the service was not working in the working hours, the sauna is always off! There is no coffee. I want to resigned my contract due to the fact that I go here especially for sauna that’s not working.

Great gym but the changing room is really beyond criticism. Neither a mirror nor even a wastebasket. Admittedly gave me a nice "high school feeling" to be forced to send the loose snus up to the ceiling, but I'm now 40+. The sweet girl at the front desk had forgotten to turn on the sauna according to the opening hours but she clearly doesn't have that culture in her blood so remember to remind her when you enter
