This is one of the most unprofessional nail saloon I have ever went too, honestly I’m not even sure how they are still in business (they don’t even take any card payments) I’m wondering if that’s normal since they also like any other business have to pay taxes? I didn’t receive a receipt? However, the guy in the front was extremely rude and took a drop in before me when I had a appointment, they did not even listen to my request (not sure if they even speak correct Swedish OR English for that matter it was very hard to communicate with any of the 6/7 workers in there) I also noticed that they use the vinyl gloves(1time use gloves) several times and they did not even have a barbicide anti disinfected thing for there tools! I do not recommend this business!

Very important advice- do not take walk in appointments, as they do not count it ever for discount card. I had to still pay full 500 sek after visiting more than 4 times( Out of which Elite nails noted just 2 appointments i took in advance over phone). Staff is definitely disrespectful and always in hurry.

Dom tar inte hänsyn till kunden. Väldigt hårdhänta och smärtsamt att få sina naglar filade. Dom förstår inte svenska och man måste alltid upprepa sig om vad man vill ha. Dessutom väldigt otrevliga när man säger ifrån om det är nånting som är ojämnt med naglarna. Använder samma filar på alla kunder och tvättar inte emellan redskapen. Jätte ofräscht!!! Finns bättre ställen att gå till, slösa inte din tid eller pengar här
