Very efficient and well priced - 1 star for each : location, price, breakfast, overall service. The missing 5th star due to ageing bedrooms - keep up Scandic!

stayed here overnight on my way to gothenburg. room was very good, receptionist was helpful and the food was good. all in all a pleasant stay

Rakennuksen ulkoasu pettää, sillä sisältä viihtyisä. Huoneet siistit ja laadukkaat materiaalit, mutta tyynyt olisivat saaneet olla paremmat etenkin lapsien osalta, siitä pientä miinusta. Hyvät sängyt, tilavan oloinen huone ja kiva sisustus. Pieni miinus ilmastoinnista, sillä huonetta olisi toivonut saatavan viilennettyä, mutta onneksi varustuksesta löytyi tuuletin👍 Laadukas aamiainen jonka tila viihtyisä ja tunnelmallinen. Sijainti hyvä sillä vierestä löytyy niin kauppa, McDonald's kuin IKEA. Asiakaspalvelusta jäi erittäin positiivinen kuva 😊

Old hotel with old rooms. Hot rooms without airconditioning. Ground level room, so couldn’t keep window open. Smelled like old cigarette smoke. Pool was ok. Will pass in the future.

There is no air conditioning and the only item offered to fight the heat is a tiny fan. The windows don’t open much. You won’t get any rest here unless you come during cooler months. Imagine having to drive for many hours to your next destination and falling asleep at the wheel due to exhaustion because you weren’t able to rest properly. We asked for the room to be cleaned and they did not clean it. They only left new towels. So, we are to sleep on our dead skin cells and dust from a week of them not cleaning. Imagine being super sensitive with allergies and not being able to rest because of them not cleaning properly. And, yes, we asked before the cutoff time for next day cleaning. They failed to provide this. The only thing good about this Scandic is the electric parking. You go through the gate and there is covered parking. The road is rough with holes. Drive carefully! Honestly, go elsewhere because I have read many reviews where they have failed to clean other guest’s rooms. The last thing I want to come back to is a dirty, messy room when I have had a long and difficult day! Do better, Scandic staff! Also, the blonde lady who checked us in was very helpful and kind. She was a substitute because someone else called in sick. Electric parking is via an app called Mer. You have to sign up for breakfast and swimming. Location is near the original IKEA and a small shopping area with a movie theater. I wouldn’t rely on public transport to get here, but having a car makes it easier. It would take very long from the airport.

A very well located and friendly Scandic Hotel close to Stockholm. The rooms are very clean and modern, Staff super friendly. The breakfast is rich in variety and one of the best I had in all Scandic Hotels I've ever been in. Parking lot is huge and offers roofed parking, parking with electric chargers and even parking lots for big trucks and busses. And it's free! Sweden's biggest shopping center and IKEA is within 5mins of walking distance. When on a business trip, you won't miss anything here.

Had put a request for a room with a bathtub a month before the actual date and when I came for check in they denied that I had put in the booking. Had to literally show him the mail and still came up with reasons

5 star from extra friendly service. Hotel was full booked but still personnel were nice and smiling, especially reception ladies and restaurant’s butler.

good hotel for staying without being extraordinary. reasonable pricing (to Swedish norms). restaurant is OK. hotel has a fitness room and swimming pool. standard rooms, good beds and good bathroom. warm and friendly service,always willing to help you out. located next a big(if not the biggest) IKEA. and a shopping center on walking distance from the hotel.

The room was ok. Nothing fancy, just a standard hotel room. We tried the pool and the sauna, that was really nice! The pool was clean and fresh. Found even some PlayStation’s for the kids near the restaurant. The breakfast was good, similar to other hotels in this price range. Staff was Professional and helpful. I like the location, not to far out to get in to the city and not to close to the city if you don’t want to go to the clubs!

The service is very bad and the reception staff treat them very badly I asked the reception yesterday to clean the room and now the room has not been cleaned and I have been staying for five nights and the bath towels are very dirty and the bed sheets I am staying in the hotel for a long time and I have children and need to take a shower every day because of the hot weather and there is no washing machine to wash clothes There is no service for the guests in the hotel at all, so I was forced to do the cleaning of the room and throw the garbage myself and clean the bathroom. However, I ask them every day and they do not respond to my request

Good, unfortunately, the review kind of relies on luck as some of the rooms haven't had their bathrooms renovated, mine was. It was great nothing exceptional but good for the price. The beds could have been a bit better

Good place to stay, close to the highway and a quiet place. Good breakfast. Electric vehicle charging in the parking (the electricity costs separately) but unfortunately most of them are full. Please expand the charging, there is a huge advantage your hotel has over others in the area!
