Unfortunately
I
cannot
agree
with
the
other
reviews
posted
here
about
the
clinic.
They
have
incredibly
overpriced
fees
for
even
such
simple
tests
as
blood
work
and
they
have
an
absolutely
terrible
customer
service.
We
have
been
their
loyal
clients/
patients
for
over
4
years
and
were
treating
all
our
5
cats
there
and
a
week
ago
they
failed
to
call
the
insurance
company
on
time
(
before
the
closing
time
in
the
evening)
to
make
a
direktreglering
of
our
bill.
They
demanded
that
we
pay
the
whole
bill
of
over
6500
sek
upfront
or
they
would
refuse
to
give
us
back
our
pet!
They
would
keep
a
very
sick
cat
locked
inside
an
empty
clinic
for
the
whole
night
just
because
they
were
too
paranoid
of
not
getting
their
money
and
refused
to
believe
us
that
if
we
pay
our
share
of
the
direktreglering
the
rest
will
be
paid
by
our
insurance
company.
And
we
were
their
longterm
clients
with
no
previous
issues
with
payments
or
insurance
coverage!
Needless
to
say,
we
didn’t
agree
to
that
treatment
and
after
lots
and
lots
of
arguing
they
let
us
pay
our
share
and
gave
us
our
pet
to
go
back
home
with
us.
What
kind
of
doctors
do
that?!
Keep
a
sick
pet
all
night
inside
an
empty
clinic
because
of
their
own
mistake
of
not
dealing
with
the
insurance
payment
on
time-
in
the
office
hours
of
the
insurance?!
These
are
not
doctors,
these
are
entrepreneurs.
Animals
are
just
dollar
signs
to
them,
nothing
else!
We
are
disgusted.
Never
again!
We
already
changed
clinics.
