I
traveled
with
my
friend
to
Stockholm
for
a
few
days.
My
friend
tested
positive
for
COVID-19
and
had
to
extend
her
stay
in
Stockholm
to
do
the
necessary
quarantine,
according
to
doctor's
instructions.
(I
was
fully
vaccinated
and
tested
negative,
so
I
returned
to
my
country).
She
had
to
stay
for
at
least
7
more
days,
at
her
own
expenses,
as
there
are
no
quarantine
hotels
in
Stockholm.
It
was
not
possible
for
her
to
stay
in
her
former
place
of
residence,
because
it
was
a
hostel,
with
common
areas.
She
saw
through
Booking.com
that
there
was
a
room
immediately
available
at
Hotell
Dialog,
and
called
them
to
make
the
reservation.
As
soon
as
she
informed
(as
should
be)
that
she
tested
positive
for
COVID-19
and
that
she
should
remain
in
quarantine
at
the
hotel,
and
not
get
in
contact
with
others,
the
receptionist
refused
her
accomodation.
Honestly,
they
should
be
ashamed
of
this
behavior.
They
denied
a
person
in
need
of
accommodation,
who
was
completely
honest
with
them
and
simply
intended
to
carry
out
her
quarantine
without
causing
any
problems.
According
to
the
World
Health
Organization,
“Hotels
and
other
accommodations
should
have
procedures
for
cleaning,
disinfecting
and
ventilating
the
room
properly
between
every
guest’s
stay.
These
processes
allow
the
accommodations
to
be
used
immediately
afterward.
If
these
procedures
are
followed,
there
is
no
need
to
leave
the
room
empty
between
guests.”
According
to
this,
I
can
not
understand
why
she
was
denied.
Eventually,
my
friend
stayed
in
another
hotel.
She
did
not
have
the
best
treatment
there
either.
Her
health
has
deteriorated
and
she
is
now
hospitalized
in
bad
physical
and
mental
health,
with
severe
anxiety.
Now,
in
addition
to
the
corona
virus,
she
has
to
deal
with
the
panic
attacks
caused
by
the
behaviors
of
people
who
own
hotels
in
Stockholm.
I
am
writing
this
review
because
my
friend
can't
at
the
moment.
Shame
on
you,
Hotell
Dialog.
