The pictures that you can see are definitely misleading but do not lie. Technically it's identical but maybe took on a sunny day 10 years ago! The hotel is very old on not taking care of, the walls, the windows bord, the air conditioning were very filthy. For the essential shower, toilet were clean. For the bed one of them was really decent and okay clean but the other one was very old and dirty, full of stain and dust. Overall the staff was really nice, friendly and helpful with mainly young people that look like a family. So for the price you cannot ask much more but I advise to check the beds at least and ask for a new set if you don't feel comfortable and they will definitely do something about it. The breakfast room was old school but the buffet was nice, everything you need for a nice diversity of meal. Free parking and dog friendly !

It's not a 5 star hotel but what you get for the price is actually very decent. In its own price category I was positively surprised . Rooms and linnen were clean. There were enough sockets available to charge your phone etc... Every room had a private bathroom. Shower was nice. Free WiFi. Television in my room. Decent continental breakfast buffet included. Bad coffee ☕ though... Ample free parking space. A shopping mall with lots of food options across the street.

I was a bit sceptical after reading the reviews (yes I did that after I booked ....). The arrival didn't promise much good, the building looks old and like a container on a industrial area. The hallway looks like a horror movie without windows and with stains in the carpet. The room is small, the furniture old and the bathroom has a bit fungus. The drain smells really bad and this smell fills the whole room. Then there is the ventilation which is loud and can't be turned off, it's on for 24/7. The bed is really old and in desperately need of renewing, because of the hole in the middle of the double bed. The breakfast just wasn't good. I think cause of covid? We could choose between 3 kinds of sandwiches and something to drink. Positive points are that the parking is free and that the room was clean. Overall conclusion: it's just an overpriced motel with misleading pictures and not worthy of any stars.

A bit dirty. But otherwise what you would expect for the low price. The included breakfast was pretty good.

Good location for us as we were only passing through and looking for something cheap for 1 night Cleanliness 2 (dirty floor and table) Bed 4 (clean sheets and very comfortable mattress) Bathroom 3 (large and spacious but not cleaned properly) Breakfast 5 (great selection options and very tasty) At the end I think you only get what you pay for but it could have been a little more cleaner

Average hotel. Good for one night sleepover. Poor breakfast. Quite far from city center. Not good without a car. Could be cheaper. Wanted to book again today but after 23:00 booking.com wont let you even if its 24 hours 👎

Good accommodation for overnight stays. Just make sure you are not assigned to the rooms next to the breakfast area. All noises and gossiping can wake up the guest abruptly in the morning. Not enough electrical outlets nor trash cans in rooms. Staff is cool. And shopping malls are within walking distance.

If you are expecting room service, caviar, men in red vests to carry your luggage, etc. then you won't be happy. But considering it was the cheapest 2-star hotel/hostel/whatever that I could find, it was great. The room was clean and had the essentials. If I ever needed anything (change of towels, directions to a nearby shop, whatever) the staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was solid and even had halal options. Overall, I stayed here for 2 weeks and I would stay here again.

For me it was the worst hotel. The photos on the ads is too old and the rooms is too old and small. I was expecting something better than i see. I’ll not recommend anyone to this hotel. A lot of bugs. No air conditioning. No room service at all. Baaaaaaad hotel ( motel ).

The best two star hotel that I've ever visited. Furniture wise, the rooms had the bare necessities covered: beds, a desk and clothes hanger. The bathroom was similarly austere but it was clean and utilitarian. The best thing, without doubt, was the breakfast buffet. My friends and I liked the food offered on top of the fact that it helped us save some needed money for other things!

I traveled with my friend to Stockholm for a few days. My friend tested positive for COVID-19 and had to extend her stay in Stockholm to do the necessary quarantine, according to doctor's instructions. (I was fully vaccinated and tested negative, so I returned to my country). She had to stay for at least 7 more days, at her own expenses, as there are no quarantine hotels in Stockholm. It was not possible for her to stay in her former place of residence, because it was a hostel, with common areas. She saw through Booking.com that there was a room immediately available at Hotell Dialog, and called them to make the reservation. As soon as she informed (as should be) that she tested positive for COVID-19 and that she should remain in quarantine at the hotel, and not get in contact with others, the receptionist refused her accomodation. Honestly, they should be ashamed of this behavior. They denied a person in need of accommodation, who was completely honest with them and simply intended to carry out her quarantine without causing any problems. According to the World Health Organization, “Hotels and other accommodations should have procedures for cleaning, disinfecting and ventilating the room properly between every guest’s stay. These processes allow the accommodations to be used immediately afterward. If these procedures are followed, there is no need to leave the room empty between guests.” According to this, I can not understand why she was denied. Eventually, my friend stayed in another hotel. She did not have the best treatment there either. Her health has deteriorated and she is now hospitalized in bad physical and mental health, with severe anxiety. Now, in addition to the corona virus, she has to deal with the panic attacks caused by the behaviors of people who own hotels in Stockholm. I am writing this review because my friend can't at the moment. Shame on you, Hotell Dialog.

We arrived from Dubai on the 26th of November and I will admit I was a little skeptical about the place after reading all the reviews but let me tell you, the place is an incredible value for money deal. The rooms are a little small but has all the amenities you need. Great Wifi. Clean beds. Clean washrooms. Stellar breakfast. Best of all, free breakfast with halal options. The location is brilliant with easy access to public transport and there are like three malls nearby with a huge Ikea around the corner. Whenever we come back to Stockholm, we will definitely be crashing here.
