The staff were amazing!! Liz the manager took care of me from the moment I booked with her until I checked out. Was celebrating my grandson 2nd birthday and went to Sesame Place which was less than 10 minutes from this hotel which is in a great location close to restaurants a mall and lots of other stores. The staff George, Jose and Tanya were also amazing. They all made me and my family feel welcomed and special. We can't wait to book again with them.

Quality stay! Bed was comfortable, room was clean (the sheets even smelled clean!) water pressure and temp was great. Thermostat worked as needed. Breakfast had a rotation of eggs and two types of sausage, cereal, cinnamon rolls, breads, oatmeal and waffles. Location was convenient too. Highly recommend and plan to stay again if in the area!

A clean place to stay the night. The hotel smells like bleach, which is always a good sign. My only issue was that housekeeping should not start knocking on doors at 8:30am. They should have a list of who has already checked out and start with those people. The Dove soap was a plus though! Much better than typical hotel soap and shampoo.

Spent a week here over the Christmas break with my family. The location was perfect for the places we were going. The room was spacious and nice. Heat worked great. The lady with blonde & pink hair that was in charge of breakfast was awesome, super friendly and helpful. The hotel was pretty quiet, and housekeeping checked daily to see if we needed service. I look forward to staying here again when in the area.

I went here in 2021 with my family for a vacation in August. One of the rooms we stayed at had bedbugs and we had to go to the front desk to complain about it. I don't remember if my mom got a refund or not for that issue though. We changed rooms which was nice. This hotel is really close to Sesame Place, in case you have little ones.

Let me start off by saying the front office staff was great throughout our stay. But that is probably the only good thing. There was black mold in the corners of the bathroom. The first room we were put in the A/C was broken and when we asked for it to be looked at the guy came looked said he would be right back and 3 hours later someone else came. They switched us rooms and that room as well had mold in the corner and the bathroom fan did not work. Now let's get to the breakfast. The first two days the pancake machine was broken and no cinnamon rolls. The eggs were gone when we came down the first day with 45 minutes remaining in the breakfast. Then when we asked the lady in the breakfast area she gave a huge attitude towards my aunt. And they never put more out. I get it's a complimentary breakfast and more options but when your pancake machine was broken and no yogurt as well that was one of the few options. For a place near Sesame Place which caters to special needs kids I was disappointed. I would NEVER stay here again!!!!! Come on please do better for kids especially!!!!!

Nearly everything about our experience here was awful. The staff at the front desk was nice, but that was the only highlight of our trip. The lobby smells like mildew the second you walk in. Our bathroom was full of black mold on the ceiling, in the grout below the toilet, and on the caulking around the tub. Our toilet clogged multiple times from 2 pieces of toilet paper and we were left without a working toilet for hours. The lock on our bedroom window did not work and the window was able to be opened to the point that my child could have climbed out of it (on the second floor). Our fridge would freeze any food/drinks that were put in it from the second shelf up. The walls had holes and drywall that was poorly patched up for a $250 per night room. The ice machine in the hall leaked and left pools of water on the floor in front of the elevator. The pancake machine for breakfast did not work for our entire stay. The bagels and English muffins were stale and the eggs were flavorless and made my family feel sick. PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I would rather sleep in my car on the side of the Garden State Parkway than pay $250+ a night for this place. Also, we were promised a full refund for the issues stated by the manager on duty (and have a recording of this), but are now being told that he only said he would give us a partial refund.

The hotel room was on the smaller side for a Holiday Inn Express branded hotel. The toilet was so low to the ground that anyone with mobility issues would have difficulty using it. The breakfast provided hard boiled eggs when usually this hotel brand provides omelets and fruit did not look fresh. Finally, mattress was too soft for my preference.

Stayed here with my family for 2 nights. Hotel staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean and nice. 5 minute drive to Sesame Place.

A comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. I would specifically like to express my thanks and gratitude to the General Manager, Drew, who helped jump my car when the battery died. He called someone he knew, who brought the jump cable, then took his time to assist me until my car started. He saved the day and I truly can't express how thankful I am that he was working at that time!! If you are in Langhorne, I highly recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Express.

The hotel is a regular modern Holiday Inn but it’s not as good as some others. The breakfast literally sucks and the lighting in my room is terrible because none of the stuff is working. My bathroom floor is dirty and I can tell house keep is not doing their job. I would stay aging if in the area but they definitely need to do better!
