If you have seen & liked the movie you would like this place, the house has been fixed up and is accurate to the condition & period when the movie was filmed, the day we visited there were 3 extras from the movie, all fun to talk to. I will be watching the movie again when I get home. There were many scenes filmed around the neighborhood and would be cool if there was a map available with pics & reference to the scenes. Love this place!

Very fun stop. Same exact house from the movie. The people on site were extremely knowledgeable and were either in the movie, saw it being filmed, or knew someone who was in the movie. And, they told us how to get to all of the other filming locations as well. The park and Johnny's house are both right down the street. If you've ever watched the Outsider's, this is definitely a stop you should make.

I'm such a big fan of the movie and finally made it to the house. It didn't disappoint. I feel in love with the movie in 83 and can't even tell you how many times I've seen it. If you're a fan you need to stop by. They have a really cool separate place for the merch shop. A lot of things to choose from. We had a lot of fun. 💕

I cannot express how much I enjoyed my time here on 9/30/22. Everyone I met (include three different people who were extras on the film) were super nice and very knowledgeable about The Outsiders. I really felt like I was getting the VIP treatment since they spent so much time answering my questions and taking pictures of me with the extras in the film. There are a LOT of costumes that were worn in the film that are on display in the house and in the gift shop out back. There are even autographs of the actors and crew who worked on the film that are signed on an inner wall of the house. The owner may have paid only $15,000 to buy the house but I can tell you that the result is now a priceless artifact of movie history. If you are a fan of "The Outsiders" (either the book or the movie) or just a movie-lover, this is a MUST SEE when visiting Tulsa. Make sure you talk to Joe who can sell you a photo he took while the movie was being filmed here in 1982. I'll stop by here again the next time in Tulsa. I loved every minute I spent here and hope this museum STAYS GOLD for many years!

Unfortunately, we visited during the week, so it was closed. We were still able to take these photos and sit on the porch. Quite a great experience nonetheless.

Cool place with some legit movie credentials. Gracelyn did a wonderful job of giving us a tour of the facility and movie history. Parking is at a premium because this is in a residential neighborhood. Be respectful and observe the no parking signs. We did not have to walk very far. Take plenty of photos. Super cool photo op.

It was such a great experience! I have a teen girl and a teen boy and they both enjoyed it just as much as me. We loved how you can reenact the scenes, fast-forward and rewind to show special parts of the movie, how meticulous the props were compared to the movie, and how the were pictures in each room of the house to show the different scenes of the movie in each room! Overall it was a fantastic experience and would highly recommend going!

I had a chance to visit this museum on a recent trip to Tulsa. Even if you are not very nostalgic, standing on the property and seeing the old car parked in the yard and the style of the home will make you feel right back in the 60's. As you stroll through the gift shop and look upon the photos and clothing items, you begin to realize how much of an impact the film had on society. I definitely give kudos to Danny O'Connor (House of Pain) for keeping this piece of history alive for the world to see. If you ever get a chance to experience this place, it is definitely worth it.

I fangirled all over the place while my 13-year old daughter reluctantly took pictures. She didn’t understand the significance of this house that Rob, Tom, Patrick, Emilio, Ralph, and C.Thomas once stood in. (I’m sure I forgot someone) We were in Tulsa, so it was a fun little side trek to see. Wish we could have been there when it was open, but it was still a neat experience! P.S. From reading other reviews (after my visit), I think I could have opened the gate and gone in the yard and on the porch, but I didn’t even think to try! So if you go, see if you can open the gate!

We had SO MUCH fun! One of our kids just read the book in school and we found this place on Google and decided to try it out. She loved it and so did we! They have a bunch of movie memorabilia, the house is set up just like the movie had it with snap shots of the movie in those rooms too. So. So cool!

Loved this show and enjoyed visiting the house where it all took place. The employees were kind, helpful and shared stories. Even got to meet an extra in the show and visited the park where the big brawl was (2 blocks from the house). If you are a fan of the show, this is a must see.

Super fun and nostalgic! Great little diversion for a Saturday afternoon road trip. Way cool tour. The kitchen was filled with beautiful photos taken during the filming and the photographer is there to answer questions and tell stories. Awesome little gift shop in the back. Worth the time and cash to see!

This was such a cool experience. The house and all of the pictures and clothing worn by the cast was available to see. We met two people who were in the film and showed us their part in the movie. The gift shop is neat but pricey.

Gen-Xers rejoice! Just happened to see this when looking for places to visit in Tulsa. It's not spectacular, and it's a short visit, but those who appreciated the movie will enjoy this stop. You can take a tour inside the home for $10, given by a volunteer. In the back of the house is a museum store, with all types of t-shirts and other Outsiders trinkets. There are also some memorabilia displayed used in the movie. The volunteers were cheerful and helpful. While not stated, there is a park right near the house that we can assume was also used in the movie. And yes, I bought the t-shirt. :)

Very cool museum. We even got to meet and visit with an extra in the film who took a lot of these pictures of the stars. So glad Danny boy O'Connor made sure this house stayed intact.

Only picture I'm missing is the couch! Didn't want to disturb someone sitting on it! This place was really amazing though and the staff was awesome too! Only added a few pictures! Cool place!

Absolutely LOVE and ADORE this place! One of my favorite movies and books of all time. The Outsiders house has turned into a museum showcasing all kinds of neat movie props and photos. The guides tell stories and secrets that happened behind-the-scenes while filming and photos are welcomed and encouraged with lots of opportunities. Super cool! We've been twice...so far!

Lots of great pieces from the movie, especially if you were a huge fan like I was. The staff are very friendly although someone did try to sell us pictures the entire time as we were trying to enjoy the museum. The cars from the movie being here is very cool and the clothing pieces are great to see. Would recommend making a visit!
