3Natives is a great, great 👍 place! We have been wanting to try this and im so happy we did! Everything is fresh- made when you order! They have a wide variety of choices to keep a smile on everyone's faces. They are 100% natural based, no sugars,dyes, they do sell cold pressed juices, wellness shots, and Alkaline Water pressed with lemon - balm essential oil. It's like tasting a rain cloud, clean, crisp, you can tell the difference. For our food- Absolutely Amazing 👏 the picture really dosent do the food justice it gives you! It's definitely our " faves " lists- Additionally, if you are a Local Business; they have " Local 2 Local" which is a rewards program that allows you to accomplish points for eating healthy, and for being Locally owned & supporting small business owners 😉 Thank you so much for a great meal, we cannot wait to try something else! My first impression of the menu was many options, if you’re in the mood for something light like a smoothie or açaí bowl or need something filling like a protein filled salad or hot press, they’ve got what you want. My first visit i chose the Estrada which was absolutely amazing, usually when i get something toasted like bread i expect it to cut up my mouth, instead this crunched and melted perfectly with the boiled egg and sauce. I’ve had 2 different smoothies and my favorite was the Going green. Definitely check this place out if you want something anti inflammatory and delicious. My average total is ab 18/20$ for a drink and food.

This place is delicious and has a ton of great options. The local Açaí bowl was my favorite and I paired it with the chicken buffalo wrap which was delicious, we tried the breakfast burrito and the smoothies and their pressed drinks EVERYTHING was delicious. I was lucky to find it on our first day in Oklahoma and we went back the next 3 days and by the last day they said hi Danielle as soon as I walked in. My girls and I loved everything about it. The food, drinks, service atmosphere it was all great.

This is By Far my favorite place to go for my smoothie bowl! Hands down the best selection of bowls with the most authentic flavor and fresh fruit, I haven't had anything like it in Tulsa and I don't mind taking a lil trip to Owasso to spoil myself a lil on something healthy! Just look over the menu and try something and I bet you'll be back for more!! Yum! 😋

I've had smoothies here, very yummy. Recently, I tried a wrap (Hawaiian), it was delicious. And, I didn't feel bad for eating out, because of the healthy choices. The owners & everyone working there have been pleasant.

The first word that comes to mind is FRESH! The fruits and vegetables are very fresh and the açaí bowl & wrap that I ordered were amazing. The sitting area is small but clean and bright. Customer service is very hospitable & knowledgeable about what they offer. The choices averaged about $10 but so worth every bite! Nutritious & delicious! In Owasso & worth the trip from Tulsa !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love the atmosphere. It's very nice and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The owners are very personalable and make you feel welcomed. The smoothie bowls are the best I have ever had. Everything taste very fresh. One of my new favorite healthy places to eat.

Stopped by on my way through town after searching for a vegetarian breakfast option. 3natives is great! I got the JB Bowl. Beware that there is a $1 upcharge for swapping peanut butter for almond butter, which was a little disappointing since it isn't an upcharge for almond butter on the other bowls and I imagine would be upsetting if someone had an allergy. The server was SO kind and gracious! There isn't a ton of seating, but the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. Great music, large variety on the menu, and excellent service!!
