I
have
always
loved
cardio-focused
exercise
(running,
fitness
classes,
etc)
and
felt
a
bit
apprehensive
about
weight
lifting.
My
friend
asked
me
to
give
King’s
Gym
a
try
and
I
reluctantly
agreed.
I
was
accustomed
to
running
on
my
own
time
around
my
neighborhood
or
doing
workout
videos
in
the
privacy
of
my
own
home
and
I
wasn’t
looking
to
change
that.
Knowing
that
weight
lifting
is
an
important
part
of
overall
fitness
(especially
as
a
woman
in
my
40s),
I
gave
it
a
try.
Now
I
am
completely
addicted
to
this
kind
of
workout.
I
have
never
felt
so
strong
and
fit
and
I
have
certainly
NEVER
experienced
such
dramatic
changes
in
my
body
from
my
workout
routines.
King’s
Gym
workouts
are
perfectly
designed
for
ultimate
muscle
strengthening
AND
cardiovascular
fitness.
I
couldn’t
be
happier
with
this
program.
However,
I
think
the
part
I
love
the
absolute
most
is
the
atmosphere.
I
feel
comfortable,
supported,
and
never
embarrassed.
Jonathan,
Jamie
and
their
team
are
so
nice
and
helpful
as
are
the
others
who
workout
there.
I
give
King’s
Gym
my
highest
recommendation.
