I grew up a little fearful of chiropractors. I was anxious my first visit and doubtful it would help. I started seeing Dr. Russell after months of no sleep, extreme pain and numbness from carpal tunnel symptoms. I have been a dog groomer for 10 years and just knew I was going to have to have surgery and I really didn't want to. After 2 weeks of seeing him the pain and numbness completely went away in my wrist and is staying gone. My neck feels better than it ever has, my back no longer hurts from standing 12 hours a day and I'm sleeping better than ever. My husband recommended him years ago but I have always been terrified of chiropractors so I just suffered through everything. I am so glad I finally went and regret not going sooner. Dr. Russell is very friendly and takes the time to explain your issue and a plan to correct the problem. His staff is very nice and pleasant. I got an appointment quickly, too. Overall I am very happy with my choice.
