I love the steady implementation of new offerings and updates in their food options! The two brunettes, and the attitudes of all of the employees at this location! I ONLY use QT for gas in Oklahoma. And, this particular QT is one of my favorites. Sure, it's at the most congested traffic location in Broken Arrow. But, it is still my go to!!! Strictly for the gas😅

QuikTrip was very clean, have everything that I need it. I ordered something from the bakery, food was really great! I did not have to wait to go inside they were not very. but I did learn while I was in there that they have orders you can order ahead and they will bring it out to your car

I'd not been to Quiktrip in a few years, so I was pleasantly surprised by everything they've got now. Good quick-food selections but the coffee...oh my! I love the cinnamon coffee they offered.

Service was good as usual, but I just purchased 3 cans of chew and when I got back home I thought it tasted very dry. It was because I was sold 3 cans that expired May 14th.

QT is always the best gas station around: I never go to any other kind unless there is not a QT around. Always clean and always nice. Good selection. In every store.

I saw an advertisement at the store that said if you buy an amino energy which is $2 plus tax drink you get a free roller item. So I grabbed 4 amino energy drinks and 4 roller items thinking that was a great deal which should be just over $8 with tax. When I got to the cashier I let her know about what I saw and she said "don't worry about it, it will automatically ring up right." She told me the amount of over $13 and I told her it was wrong and she told me I was wrong. I could not understand how I could have explained the advertised deal more clearly. There was a line building up and she sighed at me and skipped me to help someone else. This felt so rude and wrong. Not only did I feel like QT was cheating me out of my money the poor customer service was paired with it. She came back to me after helping someone and we discussed it more and it got more confusing for her. I ended up saying I would just take 2 drinks and 2 roller items if that was easier so it should have been just over $4 but when I got to my car I saw she charged me $8. When I went back in to get refunded she wanted to argue with me again about that is the correct price. It took 3 QT employees to figure this out and they eventually fixed it and refunded me with cash. I go to QT every day and I have never experienced such rudeness and an inability to solve a problem.

Always great customer service at Quik Trip.

I visited QT on 5/16/2021. The staff weren't wearing masks and the customers weren't required to wear them, either (myself and only 1 other customer, out of 10+ in the store at the time, were wearing one). I know it's up to the individual businesses to decide whether they should be requiring them, but given how many people are still needing a vaccine or can't get one, it would have been nice to know QuikTrip were doing their part to help.
