I don’t give poor reviews often, but I have had so many disappointing visits to this particular store. Tonight I placed our order in the drive thru (2 #13’s, burgers with Oreo shakes). The employee asked if we wanted small, medium, or large shakes. We said medium. Upon pulling up to the pickup window, we were asked to pull forward. (The only car to pull forward and wait out of 5 or six in front of us and 3 or 4 behind). We waited about five minutes and when they brought out the order, the shakes were “junior” size. The employee took everything back inside. An older female employee came back out a few minutes later showing us our receipt (which we were not given) and said, “ You didn’t pay for any upsizes, so if you’d like mediums it will be $2.44.” I said that’s disappointing because we ordered mediums and we’ve been waiting and no one else has. She then said, “yeah that’s because I ran out of meat.” (What!!?? We were the only ones to order “meat?” It was two burgers…at a burger joint!) she then restated that if I wanted mediums I would have to pay for them, which in general is fine, but it was just frustrating because it was their mistake, yet she approached it from the beginning like we did something wrong or were trying to get something for free, which we weren’t at all. It was just such poor customer service. Then to top it all off, our boys, who aren’t picky at all, took one drink of the shakes and both said there was something wrong with them and they tasted sour. They were half melted and curdled like cottage cheese and just not normal. I guess the silver lining at that point was that we didn’t pay for mediums!!

The customer service is what brings this place down. I am not sure if there is a new owner or management, but this location now nickel and dimes for things that were never charged in the past. On my two most recent trips I was charged an extra 50 cents for asking for my limeade to be “extra limey” (which it wasn’t once I had a chance to taste it). In addition, now it is a $1 upcharge for each topping that you add to a candy mix-in. Being that a mix-in is $2.79, it is a pretty hefty upcharge to charge an additional $1 for each topping that you add. Especially since it is not listed on the menu that each topping is an additional dollar. I have never had sneaky charges on these items (the limeade and the candy mix-ins) until this week at this Owasso location on 96th. Very disappointing and annoying. I understand that inflation is crippling everyone, but charging additional charges to customers that is not listed on the menu, and then not even offering an apology when it is brought to your attention, is *not* the way to keep customers that have been loyal patrons.

I love the grocery section. The chili is great. But the ice cream selection is my favorite. We got Cappuccino and cherry chocolate they go great together in case anybody wants to know. The staff is very nice and helpful and I have ordered both drive thru and inside. The restaurant is always clean, and the parking lot is well maintained.

Always great, no matter which location. Real beef hamburgers. Cooked to perfection. Get a chocolate milk shake too.

There will never be a place like Braum's. Their ice-cream is amazing quality and the prices are unbeatable. I have to make the trip out to Braum's every time I am in town. The staff are nice and they are very efficient in getting your order. Ice-cream: 5/5, please do yourself a favor and get it! They also have food for breakfast and dinner. We've ordered their big country breakfast and their chicken strip dinner and it is amazing for a great value. Braum's is always my first choice for ice-cream.

This braums is really hit or miss. Some times the food and service is great. Other times they mess up the order, give you cold food, or try to charge you extra for putting your ice cream cone in a cup.

Went through the drive thru and the young girl was so rude handed me a jr shake that was spilt over the sides and it had more milk than anything. It also spilt all over in my car because there was no napkins. The large fry was not even a large it was barely filled. I tried to call several times and they turned their phone off. I won’t be returning. Awful location. I do not recommend.

Had a milkshake. It was great. There's a decent selection of hamburgers and other food as well. Plus a small convenience store inside
