I
don’t
give
poor
reviews
often,
but
I
have
had
so
many
disappointing
visits
to
this
particular
store.
Tonight
I
placed
our
order
in
the
drive
thru
(2
#13’s,
burgers
with
Oreo
shakes).
The
employee
asked
if
we
wanted
small,
medium,
or
large
shakes.
We
said
medium.
Upon
pulling
up
to
the
pickup
window,
we
were
asked
to
pull
forward.
(The
only
car
to
pull
forward
and
wait
out
of
5
or
six
in
front
of
us
and
3
or
4
behind).
We
waited
about
five
minutes
and
when
they
brought
out
the
order,
the
shakes
were
“junior”
size.
The
employee
took
everything
back
inside.
An
older
female
employee
came
back
out
a
few
minutes
later
showing
us
our
receipt
(which
we
were
not
given)
and
said,
“
You
didn’t
pay
for
any
upsizes,
so
if
you’d
like
mediums
it
will
be
$2.44.”
I
said
that’s
disappointing
because
we
ordered
mediums
and
we’ve
been
waiting
and
no
one
else
has.
She
then
said,
“yeah
that’s
because
I
ran
out
of
meat.”
(What!!??
We
were
the
only
ones
to
order
“meat?”
It
was
two
burgers…at
a
burger
joint!)
she
then
restated
that
if
I
wanted
mediums
I
would
have
to
pay
for
them,
which
in
general
is
fine,
but
it
was
just
frustrating
because
it
was
their
mistake,
yet
she
approached
it
from
the
beginning
like
we
did
something
wrong
or
were
trying
to
get
something
for
free,
which
we
weren’t
at
all.
It
was
just
such
poor
customer
service.
Then
to
top
it
all
off,
our
boys,
who
aren’t
picky
at
all,
took
one
drink
of
the
shakes
and
both
said
there
was
something
wrong
with
them
and
they
tasted
sour.
They
were
half
melted
and
curdled
like
cottage
cheese
and
just
not
normal.
I
guess
the
silver
lining
at
that
point
was
that
we
didn’t
pay
for
mediums!!
