Since moving to the new location the visits have been fantastic! Staff is friendly and seem genuinely happy! I absolutely Love Dr Maloy! Her patience, ease of communication and diligence with overall healthcare are very important to me.

Dr Maloy is one of the best doctors. She listens and is wiling to help anyway she can. The new offices are awesome and the ladies/nurses are great.

Wait time was too long (30 mins) for no busier than they were. Office personnel is loud, one at front desk burps like nothing I’ve ever heard before. All staff friendly. Love the new office location. Dr Malloy is easy to talk to and willing to listen to patient.

Dr. Cynthia Maloy was very thorough with my care on this current visit. I greatly appreciated everything that she went over with me, the time she spent with me, her carrying attitude, and her undivided attention in meeting, answering, and addressing all of my concerns and needs! Dr. Cynthia Maloy has been my primary care physician for many years and has always taken excellent care of me!

I like the staff a lot. Dr Malloy& Sarah have been great through the years and caring. People at front are also very nice. I feel i get good care there. What I absolutely get so frustrated about it the phone system. Apparently it's all St John due to Ascension changing it when they bought it. It rings at least 15 min before its answered. I understand that it's like that for other places as well, but Ascension needs to fix this. It's faster for me to drive there than hold on the phone. Other than that, it would be top notch. Ascension might find themselves losing patients as we lose patience with this phone system.

I continue to say Dr Maloy and her PA’s and staff has been a God send and blessing to my family and I … we were so lucky to have found her, she has been my family doc forever now …

Dr. Maloy is the Best. She knows us really good making it easier for her to treat us. She knows and meets all of our needs. We love ❤️ her.
