Just no. They clearly take gross advantage of the propensity of their clientele to be unable to access any other option. Rooms are outrageously priced and filthy/disrepair is an understatement. Had to go to store and buy bleach and magic erasers in order to shower and even so still wore flip flops as it didn't drain well. That's if you can get in before they turn the water off for the day. Awful.

The Holiday Motel on Charles Page Blvd in Tulsa OK has inadequate security. Someone is entering the rooms when you are not there and stealing your money and valuables and the owners are too cheap to invest in a $300 dollar security system that video tapes or CD's the thief. It could be the maintenance staff who is a member of the Brother Hood Aryan Gang or any previous tenant that has a copy of the key to a room in the motel. The police take a report but there is nothing they can do because the owners don't have ANY security and no camera's to record the thief who has been stealing for many years. They prey upon poor people who happen to stay at their run down motel. The people here are dangerous criminals and the owners are foreigners who don't speak english and don't care about your personal security. Buyer Beware!!! If you are a female be warned they will enter your room ANYTIME THEY WANT. If you get waylaid, rolled, robbed or raped at this motel due to the criminal negligence of the owners and managers --- you should DEFINITELY SUE THEM!!! They don't care about you - they barely speak English and they intend to run back to their foreign country if you try to sue them. They could easily get a video camera to tape the criminals but they don't care about you and they don't care if you sue them, they will go back home to their foreign country if you do. They hate Americans and they don 't care about your safety.

If you're into doing ice or crack and having no hot water in the sink, or using the plunger every time you piss, or the shower drain running out into the bathroom to dry up with the one towel you get for three days at 145.00 bucks, this is the place for you. Oh yeah the dopeman lives on site, so you don't have to leave except to go get more money!!

Seen this place on The First 48 looks like the murder happened in room 103 just a heads up for anyone thinking about staying there and you get room 103 you might want to ask for a room change

First 48 brought me here. That alone probably tells you everything you need to know about this place. RIP to the victims, which might include everyone who's ever paid to stay here. Yikes

The room was nice and big but needed one fitting for a wheelchair but was too big of lips to push wheelchair in room and couldn't get into bathroom. Smelled real nice. But no tp paper and was full of cockroaches size small to Prego ones. Got money back and left.

affordable price for the night 55. but free WiFi couldn't reach our room. no toilet paper in bathroom. had to ask office for a roll. no hygiene products like shampoo or conditioner. didn't expect high end stuff but it would be nice to get clean while taking a shower.

This places is absolutely disgusting. I’ve never seen anything like it . Graffiti all over the walls, roaches , nothing was clean. Tweakers roaming around at all hours. It’s ridiculous that this place is still open!!

Decent room just need to have better maintenance... Replace the air conditioner in room 103 and picture frame in 102... Needs more pillows other than that only need to apply hand towels and wash cloths and shampoo and conditioner.
