This hotel was what I would expect for the price. There was nothing horrible or great about it. I was kind of apprehensive about it at first because some of the google reviews I read were very bad. But it looks like the owners are working on fixing it up and making it better. It is an old motel so it has that feel. But the rooms are clean and comfortable. I saw no bugs and I had no problem with the room at all. Yes it seems like a small family run operation so we did have to ring a bell and wait for someone to come to the front desk. But I don’t mind that kind of service when it come to small businesses. The one thing I kind of had a problem with but is still understandable is that we paid cash and they asked for a security deposit. And when we checked out they had to go check the room before we could get our deposit back and leave. I guess we wouldn’t have had to do this if we had used a card which most people do now. Overall I would stay here again for the cost cleanliness and convenience of location.

I planned on staying for a week since I have no where else to go and the same day I got a room, I tried to take a nap but kept waking up multiple times feeling itchy. I thought nothing of it but quickly realized it was bed bugs! Be aware!

Nice place to stay if your not looking for fancy. The room was very clean and modern. The shower was great no bugs or pests. Heat worked really well. I would recommend this place to people that are on a tight budget but just want to get away for a weekend. It was very quiet and clean outside!!! Staff was very friendly.

I'll give it 3 stars it could definitely use some paint and roaches relocated. It is quiet decent size kitchenette, 2 queen beds, smoking and pet friendly.

Do not listen to the reviews that say there are bed bugs. This place is clean, there are NOT bedbugs here. Yes it is an older hotel but they keep it decent. There are cameras covering the entire property, your stuff will be safe. They fixed the potholes in the parking lot. Yes it is a one way, because of the way the property is set up. It's not an issue, it's a simple quick drive to your room and back out. As long as you aren't disrespectful or loud, you should be just fine. The owners are friendly, the office is clean, they have a snack machine, washer and dryer for laundry. (the machines work good 👍) They are pet friendly, the floors in the room are tile so you don't have to worry about ending up with pet hair on your stuff from other customers. There's a big field in the center of the property if you do have dogs, they will love walking around and playing in the grass. Every single hotel has one issue or another. This one is very good and affordable

the parking lot is filled with potholes and you are forced to go around the entire thing cuz it's one way only so that's a pain and the location is in all that great it's in the middle of an industrial strip and right off the highway so you have to basically go down the back alleyways to get to it and it's just inconvenient and they're lower-end type of room so they're not kept up very well but I guess that's all you can expect with the pay you get stuck with and once you get in one of those places it's really hard to get out I was visiting a friend and I hate seeing him have to be stuck like that...

I've been coming here for a few months now. I don't know what the trash area lol like but the rooms are always clean, they are very pet friendly, and they have security cameras that cover the whole parking area. I've not had one problem with service or the standard of cleanliness they offer. So if your looking for a great room for a fair price! This is a great choice.

Nicest of the ones on this side of town, reasonable price as well. Housekeepers are very nice and do a fairly good job of keeping the rooms fresh and clean, only bc the dirt along the baseboards behind the toilet and the 2 air filters I had to clean after pulling them to check for dust due to I was sneezing like crazy the first day. Highly recommended hotel for the price, just make sure to check your ac filters if your allergic to dust.

It's okay. They are making some necessary changes. The beds are super super firm, the remote doesn't work.

Great experience there! Staff was very courteous, all promised amenities were there, and check in/check out process was a breeze. Was in town for business and America’s value inn served me fantastically as a great value spot to stay with no advance notice.

Again I can't stress enough they have good soundproofing in those rooms ❤️❤️💋💦
