Janel and Cameron are the absolute best!! They ensured that we got everything we need for our wedding jewelry. They went above and beyond to help my fiance keep everything a surprise from me, that we got the best sales, and that everything we bought is top quality!! I would just like to share my experience purchasing a birthday gift for my wife. I had in mind something special so I checked the reviews at the different Kay’s Jewelers and decided to go to the broken arrow store to shop for a birthday gift for my wife because of the great reviews I seen they had..so from the moment I walked into the store I was warmly greeted by Ashlee and Janel and received outstanding customer service and were very helpful with helping me find something special for my wife’s birthday..Ashlee and Janel were very friendly, funny, caring and extremely respectful, patient and polite with me during my visit shopping at their store. Thank you to the whole team in Broken Arrow! Without your help, I wouldn’t have such a stunning ring. I came to the store multiple times through the process of designing my dream ring. Everyone was always very helpful and friendly. Ashley and the guys flipped through books and pages and pages on the website of available settings and really listened to what we were searching for. Janel is dynamite and took the time to show us our diamond under the microscope. She also mapped it out, so we could protect our investment. Don't use them for custom work!!!! I took a chain and diamond in, picked out a setting which turned out nice. However, the chain that I took in to ensure that it would fit on, didn't. They measured the chain, not the clasp. Even I know the clasp is the largest part. So now I have to find another jeweler to fix it! Completely unacceptable @!

I'm writing this because I wasn't offered any kind of solution to my problem. I bought a sterling silver, opal and diamond ring, from this location, in May, for my mother. It is her birthstone and she prefers lighter metals (silver, white gold, stainless steel). The ring was perfect for her, except the size. Almost all of their rings come in only size 7 (so I was told by the salesman). I was promised that sizing it, would be no problem. I went to another location (Tulsa Hills) to have it sized. After having it "sent off" and not knowing anything for over 3 weeks, I get an email stating that its back at the store, ready and waiting to be picked up. I was excited. Mom was excited. Go to pick it up, and they were unable to size it. So now she has this beautiful ring, that she cannot wear. No solution whatsoever offered. Won't shop at Kay again.
