Being a Tumkurian... First time tried original Davanagere benne masala dose.. It is hot.. Crispy.. Mouth watering butter taste will take you another world within you... Thick coconut chutney added special taste addition to Mr. Dosaa. Must try... Usually more crowd on weekends. Best time for visit..weekdays evening (you can have peacefully) Staff very hygiene.. You can directly see making dosa in kitchen.. Home made Butter taste awesome👍 Parcel also available. Sitting place provided.

When I visited 1st and 2nd time dosa and allupalaya taste super and thickness of dosa also good. Then i visited 3rd time taste maintained the same but thickness of dosa was bit increased benne dosa,masala bene dosa i tried it's looking like set dosa like that thickness was there...my suggestion is pls maintain the dosa thickness.!

They had put sugar to neutralize the old sour dose batter which gave sweet flavor to the benne masale. Idli was good. Coffee was served in paper cup.

A small outlet run by a family providing most similar to the original DBDs at Tmkr. V.good taste in a neat atmosphere. A small eatout place. Though seems they get confused to tk orders n serve on sunday crowd, the family wl manage n satisfy their customers. ,👍❤️

This is the hotel which actually sells the benne dose of davangere. They are able to recreate the texture of dosa, same taste of chutney, same taste of aloo palya. If going to davangere is too much of travel, you can come here.

I was a regular customer here from when it started, and Dosas were extremely good. But from the past few months they have reduced the quality and it's just ordinary food available on every street. Before they were making delicious white coconut chutney but they have changed and now giving normal chutney which is loaded with green chillies and it's burning hot. Upsets your stomach for sure. Never visiting this hotel again.

I think we need to get 2 benne dosas for 60Rs as there in Davanagaere Sagar Benne Dosa Hotel Near Bus Stand, but they can collect 80Rs but I need 2 benne dosas at a time.

Yummi Superb benne dosa available here.. Must try.. it'll not be sufficient if you have one.. stomach will crave for 2 or more dosas...

Food is average with lots of butter. The chutney is spicy. Dosa is a bit hard for my liking.

Very good taste, khali benne dose and masala dose must try. Perfectly rosted dose with butter, must try here when you're in tumakuru. I did not found comfortable place inside to eat the food. It is self service.

Every bite reminded me of the authentic Davanagere Benne Dosa.. They do have other options, however slightly overpriced. As it is crowded all the time and we have to wait a lil bit. I would suggest the owners to increase the length of their Dosa Tawa...

Very clean and tidy..had benne dosa is here and it is delicious ..highly recommend to the travellers en route to pay a visit
