Staffs very systematic in doing their works and very polite and helping nature thanks to Vishal Mart staffs and managers. If u visit tumkur definitely come here for shopping.

Very bad customer support. Very rude behavior from the staff especially the lady who will be Processing the return products. The funny thing is when I went to exchange the damaged water bottle they said it was not purchased from vishal mart at all And the manager/billing person said it's not their product it's from Dmart Lol how can you be so silly Even after this much drama We asked to check CCTV footage on the purchased date!!! He said CCTV operator is not available today and told us to come next day It's so ridiculous And well you lost a regular customer And thank you for the suggestion will start shopping from Dmart

One stop for all household products.. Lack of maintenance, clothing space is always messed.. Two wheeler parking is in basement

Very few workers at fashion section, so somewhat difficult to ask for information about availability. IDK why there're more than 5 counters but barely 1 or 2 counter will have worker who does billing. Need to improve.

It's not a big mall it's normal mall but they are fixed rates. If item is 130 in outside with best quality but in this mall same product with cheap quality they selling at 160rs. I refer you to get product in outside normal shops to save your money. I liked their security for some products that is they pined a clip to some products by this they can secure their some products. So totally I am not suggest to go their and shop. I suggest you to get the products shops. Thank you

Vishal Mega Mart is very good and sells clothes at very cheap prices but the worst habit is that they do not provide bags and charge extra for bringing clothes.
