Totally Disappointed!!! The Domino's Management has not trained the staff properly. They don't know how to run the shop and also treat the customers. We group of 3 people went and sat on the only table available and it was not cleaned.. (You can see the photos). Later nobody came to take the order. Later we went and asked for the menu and the staff in the counter asked us to see the display. Later they didnt explain about the options available and tried to confuse us to spend more. If this is the training given to the staff then I am sorry. First thing.. keep the table clean after customer leaves the table. Next, when a new customer comes, explain properly and dont try to cheat the customer. I have taken time to post a review here. I hope the quality of service Improves next time.

Pathetic service. Poor quality pizza. There is no discipline from the staff. There is very less space to eat there. Unacceptable. Edit 1: after another visit , I found no difference. Still pathetic service. They don't give update on offers. Careless attitude towards customers!!.

Situated conveniently near SIT, this Domino's branch has become a popular spot for students and visitors in Tumkur since its inception in 2013. While the quality of Domino's is universally recognized, I feel the pizzas here could use a touch more finesse to match the flavors of their Bangalore counterparts. The service could benefit from some refinement; the current pace often gives patrons a rushed feeling. Personally, I've always found room for improvement in the service at Domino's outlets.

I visited two'time's very worst branch. No testy one. Don't go , please go streat food.

Was a decent place to visit once as the ambiance is not apealing, there is scarcity of area and therefore lesser seating. When it comes to taste they are just average enough as I have a had better pizzas before in a different branch of Dominos at different places.

Pizza taste and quality was really good including hot choco lava cake. They took orders nicely, menu also they explained well. However, post order, first thing we saw was they didn't clean the tables well, lot of food spills were there on the table that were left from many previous customers. Even after requesting, one guy came and just rubbed little and went away. So, I felt Cleanliness is not good. Second thing I saw was, there was no water in the tap of the washroom, so no use having washroom. Third thing is, the space is not sufficient as chairs are very near to other customer chair, it's like, we lean on one another, plus one of the two TV's on 2 sides, were not ON. so average ambience and less privacy. If you want to have nice dominoes pizza this is the place. Don't expect anything else.

Service has become worst over the years . They don’t even bother to clean tables anymore, staff will be busy with deliveries instead of taking dine in orders.

Worst place ever. 1) Highly unhygienic. They don't clean the place at all. Tissue papers, leftovers spilled on the floor and on the table. I wonder since how many days the wash basin wasn't cleaned. The wash basin had used tissue papers all over it and the floor. Very very bad situation. 2) Rude lady who takes the order. Tries to scare the customers. Tries to act as if only she knows everything. Doesn't bother to answer questions properly. 3) Poor quality of pizza. I have eaten domino's pizza in so many cities. This is the worst experience I have ever had with domino's. The cheese was kind of stinking. Crust was old. 4) Not giving bill. They need to give a bill which gives the detail of each order, its amount, tax, final amount. It was given in every Domino's outlet that I have been. But here, we were not given the bill after payment. Even after we got the order we were just given a receipt containing the orders we made with no details of amount. This place needs an immediate quality check, hygiene check and change/training of staff.

It was a awesome experience with Domino's tumkur. We were traveling on train & we were very much hungry. We have ordered pizza on the train to deliver at Tumkur railway station & they successfully accepted our order too. The delivery guy was really very good & they also wait till our train arrived as our train was running on late. They successfully delivered the order. We are really thankful to Domino's as well as the delivery person.🙏🙏🙏

Just don't do payment before ordering make payment after getting pizza for take way or dine in. They'll waste ur time force u cancel order by taking more time. Huge staff but less working. In peak hours or night hours not recommended. 35+min for 2 pizza & garlic bread. Never visit with your family. They'll waste your weekend.

They always mark the order ready, though they give us the order after 5-10mins, Food is not properly baked and the neatness maintained there is pathetic. Staff denies accepting 10rs coin as payment, which is not acceptable from giant food chain company.

It's a nice place with a feel good atmosphere....with a refreshing behaviour from the staffs of the dominos.. also a good condition of services are available. Parking space available in front of the building itself so it's very easy to park the vehicle that you get there. Home delivery is available within 3 am. There is a lot of pizzas with affordable price. So everyone can take and try this place

It was the first dominoes branch in Tumkur near Batavadi . Usually crowded with students of SIT and other Colleges. It was a nice ambience.

The staff of dominos misguided us and confused us to the order of higher value they did not give the option for regular and fresh pan pizza they did not ask our choice.and instead we have taken dine in they gave us a paper bag and added 11sachets of sauce without asking my permission.

Stuffed garlic bread don't have stuff inside, I had in domino's Chennai Near to ECR that was awesome, but tumkur not even upto the Mark

Pizza's are very delicious but only thing is French fries is not at all tasty n also not fried properly as McDonald's...

We ordered one large double chicken pizza, chicken wings and choco lava cake. We enjoyed the food and really enjoyed the choco lava cake. The service is good but the restroom are not clean.

Decent place for hanging out with family/friends. Food is good. Parking might be a little problematic as it's a very busy road. The only thing I was a little concerned about was that they don't clean the tables as soon as the customers leave.

Pathetic service by staffs.. especially that lady staff in the counter she was giving a weird look like as if this was the first time I'm coming to Domino's she should go and learn from others Domino's shop in Tumkur and banglore how they give option with smile even if we have any doubt they clarify and other places are neat....that girl staff she looks educated no manners at all n don't how to treat customer... AC was not working, tables were not cleaned.. management has to take progressive step...staffs should first learn how to treat customer...we are not fools to be treated like mads there...

Visiting first time.. No menu card no hygienic All tables were used and not let ready to serve

No doubt good taste but i faced one problem that is we payed for the pizza and ate it came home long back but later on one of the employee called and said you didn't make payment how pathetic it is they don't let take pizza boxes without paying and the audacity to call and inform oh god. No hygiene at all it was disgusting can't keep hands or phone on table, all the tables around were stinking with leftover pizza's and boxes. Very pathetic experience.
