Like to say first one for Tumakuru, and we have to be happy for this S-Mall ( Shankar Mall).. kudos to the architect guy it got a 2 entrance one from main road other near parking area. Complete mall is having stairs and even lift facility . At present MAX & Jockey exclusive store for shopping and pizza hut followed but KFC, Bejing chats for tummy is open & rest like Dmart, Addidas , MC D , fossil etc yet to come as construction going on inside. If you thinking to buy pizza it's kind of a messy there no token number reading display and they yet to hire for counter boy lot of updation required.

S stands for Shankar not Small. It is a kind of small mall though, gets crowded in weekends. Has good amount of stores for shopping. Decently maintained. When crowded parking is an issue. Food court too has decent options. Might be increased in future.

Finally.... Very first Mall in Namma Tumakuru. Not very spacious from inside don't expect Bengaluru kind experience in here. But it is decent enough for Tumakurians. Was expecting entry at entrance but it's from Middle. Has good space for Parking your Vehicles (2/4 wheelers). As of now there isn't much of Shops opened, but for sure in future days all shops are gonna be filled. Speaking of today, DMART, Max fashion, Addidas, KFC, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Baskin Robins, House of fears etc.. are main attraction. Not such a free walkable room, will be an issue on weekends but perfect spacing for Shops. INOX was much needed in Tumakuru. I guess there is 8-9 screens are there not sure. It's very well maintained, good staff and prices are high very High as of now. Coming to Parking, for 4 wheelers first 2 hours will be charged 30 rupees and 10 rupees for 2 wheelers. And an additional 10 rupees for every 1hour more. So overall, good experience and perfect relaxing place to hang out on weekends and holidays with your friends and family. Food court is not well maintained, not cleaned properly as and then. Washrooms are bit unhygienic, should be cleaned. This wasn't expected.

Quite a large mall which has recently opened for all visitors. There are many shops which are under construction. Main attraction as of now is D-mart and Inox. Apart from this Mc Donalds and KFC is here and some other food outlets. There is a horror house too for entertainment. Some other stores providing clothing have opened. The parking space is quite large and mall staff is very helpful. The architecture and interiors are also good. Lighting, flooring, escalators etc are quite modern and good looking.

The mall is absolutely beautiful. More shops need to come. But there is one problem, the Washroom isn't maintained properly. Toilets and handwash sinks are not clean. But overall experience is good 👍🏻.

Mall is small but decent space. Has d-mart right after enteranc. Good food options for a new start. Good for shopping and movie time Needs more maintenance. It has water dripping inside and elevators not working properly..

A small & yet Beautiful mall, making it one of the best hangout places in Tumkur. Has Inox with multiple screens & all various branded eateries / fashion outlets. It has a big D Mart inside which is a added plus. Main entrance is not active due to some renovation work which is happening inside. Has enough space for bike / car parking (both are paid).

Had a great experience of shopping and also it contains Inox movies!

Decent mall. But the reason for 2 star is coz of huge parking fee. D-mart shop available here. Inox cinema is available here. Arcade gaming available here. KFC and Pizza hut available here.

First mall in tumkur which has very good amenities. With several outlets like Dmart, Max, KFC, MaDonald's, Jokey etc..

This rating is for mall management and not for shops in there. 1) very less parking space(definitely will be a headache once INOX opens) and very bad management of parking also when space inside fills you will be asked to park outside with no shelter on a sloping surface and still you have to pay min Rs 30(first hour). Yes the parking rates are similar in Bangalore, Mysore etc but they have multilevel and stack parking and manage parking space effectively, making a plain space with unscientific markings(the two 90 degree right turn during exit is done so bad that there is very little space to make turn in 1 attempt for cars specially over 4m in length), inspite all these they charge you. Yes now as it is new everyone visits and don't mind to pay but once they experience few things like parking outside in rainy seasons( saying this because in rainy season water from building will fall here and make the car dirty) and pay money for getting car dirty will make them think twice before coming and will choose for alternative. 2) Lift and stairs are not very well planned from parking area as if you get to park your vehicle on the exit side up slope you are no where near to any lift or stairs you should either walk all the way to front entrance or walk down all the way to the lift. 3) keeping a 2 door entrance for a shopping mall is just very bad with just 50 members at a time there will be queue formed which is not ideal as you are making it like a shop entrance instead of making spacious entrance - yes to widen the entrance you need more metal detectors and security men but you have to do it Overall not a very well planned design in such a huge place - Not sure how it can handle the crowd once all shops open

Interior design is awesome. Talk about products all are too expensive including parking, can't afford.

Mall is decent but no security for your vehicle even after paying good amount of parking fee. Thiefs even dismantled mirror of my bike and also took helmet locked on my bike. When I asked for cctv. That also they said, can only be given after few days. So please beware.

The mall is tiny compact comparatively. The main entrance from the road facing has stairs and leads to clothing store and entry from there. The back side entrance towards the right is the main entrance, may be that is how it was set up and were new comers to the mall. So take the right side entrance to mall entry and avoid the road facing entrance. We wanted something quick to thirst the summer quench and we found MCD quiet in standard. The mall is dominated by D Mart. Has cinema screens, bay with different outlets, small eatery vendors. Would say a small mall with required outlets.

Inox is best. Overall it is good. U can enjoy and spend full day

First mall in Tumkur, located just beside Suzuki showroom, can be easily located from main road. Food court - Open Max showroom - Open Jockey showroom - Open D-Mart - Open Inox - Open Have some fun rides for kids Officially everything in S-Mall is open now Paid parking for 2 & 4 wheelers available

Good place to hangout with friends and family . Scary house isn’t worth it .Inox is definitely best in tumkur to experience cinema .DMart is good to buy groceries and other household stuff at affordable rates . Food court is just okay ,not well maintained at all times .

I had been seeing the construction for last 4 yrs. Finally when it was ready, Corona arrived. Still, the mall is yet to start completely. Only a few outlets operational. Max, Jockey, etc. Then there is KFC, McD, Pizza Hut. This is the first of its kind in Tumkur. There are no other malls here, so for people of Tumkur it has brought smiles.

S- Mall very recently started , But very unfortunately because of Covid waves there won't be a much man movement there and inside the mall still many shops yet to open and recently first time in tumkur district D Mart is opened on 27.01.2022, As of now McDonald's, KFC , Pizza Hut and Max shopping center is opened...

Everything is good, but security agency should keep good & dedicated Staffs. In this pandemic situations they are allowing Swiggy & Zomato guys, even if they are not wearing masks also. For asking got unwanted and irresponsible reasons. This person created nonsense over there.

Not really expected this type of Mall in Tumkur. It's very well designed even the interior is good. It's a hygienic place and also they only allow people who have done with 2 doses of vaccine, which is really good too. Overall must go to this new place.
