The most respected Owner of the shop, I am ur often visitor. I would love to shop in ur shop but ur workers (at the stationary and battery side) are very irritating. They are always behind us and beside us. Not everyone comes to steal. They always stand behind and doubt our every action. Every minute in the is ridiculous and irritating. U better teach ur workers to behave well YOUR CUSTOMERS. Not all are cheap to steal.... We do have standards but ur workers definitely not... I am now demanding a reply and an apology right now!....

Billing system is very poor... They always have a big que.. Coz most of the time their systems don't work ya online payment won't reflect...

One of the best store for your daily needs with greater quality at better price compared to market standards. The top notch of this store is their customer service n must appreciate Mr Jagadeesh, the manager for his quick n feasible solutions at the issues.

Best shopping place for stock up grocery, kitchen stuff, appliances and snacks. No good for fresh produce though. Good reward systems. Has good parking space. They follow COVID regulations. It's a good place so always crowded so make sure you have the time and patience to wait in billing line. Also make sure you carry cash because their card payment systems crash very often. If you do not have a list of what to buy possibility is you will end up buying everything else but what you actually need. So carry a list. And be prepared to spend extra. Happy shopping 😊.

They Cheap Tricks to increase their marketing. Today I purchased one shampoo where they kept buy one get one , I even verified the brand name mentioned where buy one and get one. But Later they said its not there in offer. by that time i already purchased. This how they make cheap tricks on customer to buy project without offer.

I had a very bad customer experience. Payment systems there hangs most of the time and customers are made to pay the bills twice even though earlier transaction was successful. We need to go through refund process unnecessarily even if it's a problem from their end. It's been 2 weeks since the issue, I haven't got my refund yet. Being a very reputable company, I didn't expect such things to happen.

I waited 15 minutes for bill after that again security checking for 10 minutes simply time wasting there is 10 building control but military persons are building

Very congestion place, And even the walking area all stock trolleys are layed off. Employees don't have manners to clear it, after several reminders also. And here all customers will not get hospitality, only those who are knows by staffs or manager. Better to go D-Mart.

The staff , quality, varities all is fine except the pricing, could be better , give some valuable discounts not just clickbaits, apart from it all good, once given 5* is all yours.

I have to wait for a minimum of 10 minutes, just for billing, as there are few cashiers. And the rest keep roaming the store as if they don't have any work.

Very convenient for shopping groceries in bulk as we can load the things from cart to Car. Few Aisles are congested. Otherwise, everything was good.

Nearer to residential area, external appearance is good, staffs are friendly, most of the items like grocesseris, snacks, vegetables etc., available. No separate parking lot but street has less traffic hence parking no problem.
