This is one of the worst MacDonalds I have been into. It may be a lack of staff issue. The service was slow and average. The 4 young men out the back preparing the food never stopped and just kept on working. No talking just working - they were the most impressive part of the place. The toilets were filthy and the food was average. They really need to up the standard of cleanliness food quality and service here.

The staff were nice & friendly but the restaurant was an absolute mess & it was too hot & stuffy inside, maybe the A/C wasn't working. Not sure if they were under staffed or running lean or if we'd arrived not long after a busy period. Food was up to usual expected McDonald's standard. 5 Stars for the Staff. 1 Star for the mess. Update: 31th July 2022 Google asked if I wanted to update my last review I did 15 months ago. As a tourist passing through the area, this McDonald's would have to be worst I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. Whilst the staff are nice & pleasant, the store & the food is absolutely disgusting. From cold fries cooked in old oil through to a mess everywhere throughout the restaurant. Prospective visitors will find better food elsewhere as you won't find everything worse.

The Staff are nice and friendly, the food is great and very fast turnaround. They make nice Big Brekkie Burger 🍔 and cappuccino, or coffee ☕️ and tea 🍵, for the cold 🥶 mornings, they make 😋 more wonderful breakfast come inside and order or drive through to get theBig Brekkie Burger. Have a lunch at Tumut McDonald's, get the Big Mac and cappuccino or cold drinks. Do not forget the Nuggets for the children. Plenty of car parking. There is also a nice playground for the children to in joy . On your way to the Snowy, stop and have a meal there, breakfast or Lunch and dinner. You help the towns People.

The fries were cold The rest was pretty ordinary my gradaugher found a hair in her food. I Sent my grandchildren in a few days before to get sundaes the machine wasn't working and couple of days later still not working. Won't be going back

Legit just watched the staff do a drug deal over the counter with a domino's worker at 17:16 30/09/24 Looked back I saw me watching 🤦‍♂️ ffs

One of the most disgusting McDonald's we've been to. Food was awful and amenities were disgraceful, didn't want to use them. God knows what their hygiene is like. Do not go there!!!!!

I went here in Span of two days the first day the staff were very hostile and unprofessional towards each other except for a young guy at the front who seemed new he was pretty officient but they definitely need to train him properly the second day they were much more proactive definitely understaffed the poor things. Please be nice to your coworkers I understand your very stressed because your understaffed but a change of attitude and a little more motivation can help everyone work together as a team and will inspire more people to join.

Fast food, you know what you get. Was told to park in the waiting bay, hashbrowns were coming out soon, parked and got delivery straight away, they found some hashbrowns, unfortunately they were cold. You know what you are getting. Don't be disappointed, don't be upset with the customer service. You choose fast food. Everything else was fine

Ordered a triple cheeseburger meal, served without chips, and the burger was cold..

Slowest service at any McDonald I’ve been to everytime! No cars in car park no line at drive thru order a happy meal 20 minute wait! Absolutely ridiculous. Management need to address this store asap. This isn’t just one isolated time it’s all the time, no sense of urgency.

The WORST McDonald's restaurant in NSW!!! The wait times are extreme, 30 minutes for a large fries.. ALWAYS understaffed. I use to dine in regularly but the filthiness of the restaurant is a real turn off. The toilets are so bad, they look as though they've never been cleaned. For a large franchise, this is so wrong. Lift your game and get your restaurant up to standards or close your doors!!!!

Ok maccas. Play area average and not the tidiest but clean enough.

Typical McDonald's. I got a latte for the road. Large. 3 shot. Great froth, good small bubble size. Creamy. Smooth Crema. Great drink for $5.10

By far the slowest service on average of any store I have been to. Asked to park every 4/5 visits. The food is at least fresh most the time if you are lucky enough to get the complete order first time through.

Great service and amazing food. The frozen custard is gluten free too and they have other gf options.

First time to mcdonald's tumut not impressed hire more people place was disgraceful left over food on floor tables needed wiping down was going to eat in but after see this decided to take family down to local park and eat there food was average cold burger! Lift your game.

We visited after lunch on NYE and NY day. Rubbish bins were overflowing badly both days, no toilet paper in ladies toilet and generally looked unclean. Food was up to standard though.

Worker in the back was screaming and complaining because we ordered a family deal, the oil was disgusting, as if it hadn't been changed in weeks or months. The chips and nuggets were dark brown.

Drive through well I’m still waiting after 10 mins. Only 2 staff really? Last time I drove through there was no ice cream before that no frozen coke. A huge disappointment. Won’t recommend Tumut to anyone Ian’s I given you multiple chances. A fail every time.

I feel like an idiot for not shopping local! 8:30pm on a Friday night, not very busy & a very long wait. One meal was cold, dry & no sauce. The other was obliterated and made with zero care. A complete waste of $21 & time, no staff wearing uniform, extremely underwhelming! Never again! Shop local where they'll look after you!

I don't expect too much from Maccers and that's what I got. I don't like fast food but every now and then, necessity makes the rules. Young staff run off their feet and don't have the time to be happy and friendly towards customers and because ordering is automated, the only time they speak to you is when they hand over your order. However, the food was fresh and at best, okay.

Service were very slack at the time, staff simply ignored us standing there wanting to order coffee. Very disappointing at the time, we went elsewhere to buy our food.

Staff member that served us today was one of the rudest we have come across, abrupt, no thank you, no nothing, called our number then plonked it on the counter and walked away before we got there no thanks no nothing, that’s us done with McDonald’s we don’t deserve to be treated like that. Place was filthy, toilets, dining area, behind the counter, Cafe, everywhere. Realised after ordering. I hope we don't get sick. Such a pity in a beautiful town.

Literally only ordered 2 coffees. 20 minutes. No one else in store. The manager was talking to the mccafe worker about the roster!!! Lots of staff standing around and the sining room is disgusting. Dont even mention the toilets. Probs the grossest maccas I have been to. Ever.

Visited with family during Saturday afternoon. Premises dirty, rubbish on tables which idle staff ignored. Other staff skylarking throwing spoons at each other. Unfortunatey, Mcdonalds seem to have lost the efficiency and cleanliness they always used to have. Very disappointing. On-duty managers need a good rocket. Pick up your act.

The staff were all lovely and service was reasonably fast. It was pretty clean (except for the floor). But our Big Mac had pickles and non-aioli Mac sauce on it, they forgot the aioli I ordered for my onion rings, and both of our cheese burgers didn’t have any cheese on them. We got takeaway and didn’t have time to follow up for them to correct it.
