Horrible experience. Recently reopened, they had no menus, owner has employed her young children as waitstaff while charging premium restaurant prices. $5 for an undrinkable, watered down long black, $17 for an egg and avocado on toast. We were given a jug of water in what was clearly an old vase that was not cleaned, with strange particles floating in it. We weren't told EFTPOS was unavailable until the end. If you aren't ready to open your restaurant, don't open it. If you are going to charge $5 for a long black, it should be an amazing long black not made by your teenage son who you have not taught to make coffee. Super unprofessional (Not the children's fault, bad management.)

Sh!thouse. Worst breakfast I've ever had. We visited as it had good reviews but honestly nothing about what we ordered was good. Even the iced coffee was bad. Save yourself the money and get a bacon & egg McMuffin from across the road.

We had a great celebration recently at this stunning venue. Service was first class and all staff were very accommodating with our requests. The Garden at the back was a stunning backdrop for group and candid photos - the bar set up on the terrace was a nice touch for guests to filter from inside the dining area to the garden grounds for a mingle. Highly recommended this spot and worth a consideration for your next event.

Generally very bad. Coffee was terrible. Way overpriced. Bad service. After having to ask for water 30 minutes in, it was served with strange floating bits. If you're going to the effort of setting the table, at least clean the glass and cutlery. The 1 star was for the fire place.

Brooklyn on Fitztroy is a gorgeous heritage house. The owner Donna is only too willing to please and the food is very good. Donna is happy to go 4 star or basic, whatever you prefer, but it is always generous. Unfortunately it is not open all the time but if you want a function you can book and it's the ideal venue. There are 4 rooms upstairs for accommodation as well Lovely place for a Bridal Party.

Menu was great. Many choices from the new chefs and fairly priced as well. Very pleasant lunch indeed
