Great value for the location and service! Very clean and tidy, quiet at night, friendly staff. Shower water pressure was perfect. It’s a short drive out of town, but we appreciated that bit of extra space and the lovely views around the property.

The staff were very kind.. but besides that the beds were very uncomfortable had to sleep up opposite end to feel like you were laying properly, and couldn't sleep in one of the rooms as it was very noisy from outside air con motors and whatever else was out there. The few of the handles on the cupboards were broken aswell. a little extra TLC would go along way. And the the kids play equipment really needs tending to as an slid was half broken an coming away from the actual structure.

Lovely big clean rooms and good beds, with a group so we had group meals very nice and lovely staff went out of there way to help everyone.

Spacious room on reasonable price and really comfortable beds. The shared bbq machine could be well maintained. Overall, good service and prime location if you are in the valley.

Huge rooms, easy to check in. They left a key for me as I was running late. Very friendly. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean . Even had the old bedside table radio. It’s a few km out of town so needed to drive ti get meals etc however very nice .

It was a good stay until they charged me for 2 nights even i checked out already spoke to the guy in the reception and told him im checking out on Sat and i drop the keys on the key box on early sat morning to catch my flight home.. got home Sat afternoon and when I check my account on Monday they charged me 2 nights for Sat and Sun called the hotel and they told me that i didn't told them that im not coming back,i checked out already they got the keys who cares if im coming back or not need to check in again if i need to comeback though.. he's a very hard man to talk with and he wont give my money back im not coming back here anymore be careful staying here they can rip you off🤬

Beautiful motel situated on the Snowy mountain highway, 2 minutes out of town. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Beds are great.

On belhalf of West Wollongong Garden Club we would like to thank the Management and staff for the warm welcome when we arrived at the motel and for the friendly farwell our club received when we left. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the meals were excellent.

Although it’s an older motel that could do with some maintenance and sprucing up, our room was clean, beds were comfy and staff were very friendly. Very hot water and warm air conditioning. Our biggest annoyance was the occupants all around us were outside smoking a lot. We couldn’t walk outside without inhaling cigarette smoke, and the cigarette stench would waft into our room despite our door and windows being closed. Not ideal when you have a young child and a baby and overall not pleasant smelling cigarette all the time. Perhaps there needs to be a designated smoking area if the rooms can’t be sealed to prevent smoke coming through. Otherwise a good experience here

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tumut Valley Motel. The room size was generous, the bed was very comfy, great shower, spotlessly clean & a beautiful quite location. Will definitely be back & would recommend you give it a try. Great room rate & they took our NSW Stay voucher, which was an added bonus 👌👌

Absolutely awful reception from an apathetic and disinterested manager. The manager was only interested in taking our money and closing reception early. We received the exact opposite of a warm country welcome. Reception interior was dark and gloomy, exterior was scattered with leaves and cob-webs. Rooms were uncomfortably hot with a noisy air conditioner, noisy bar fridge that interrupted our sleep, running toilet, and noisy pool pump. We couldn't wait to leave.

Our room (#30) was generously large, the beds were very comfortable, and it was kept spotlessly (and I mean: spotless!) clean. Not just upon arrival, but also during our stay. It also appeared as if our bathroom was recently renovated - but I would not know if that is the case for all rooms. All staff were very friendly and helpful, and being on the outskirts of the little town of Tumut it was very quiet at night - granting us a restful sleep. There is ample room for parking - even if you travel with a trailer, or a truck, you won't have any issues. Overall, a very nice experience, and happy to recommend the Tumut Valley Motel to other travellers.

Big, clean rooms and excellent, wide parking spaces. Nice views to the hills and being away from town gives this motel a real country feeling. It's all on one level but it's a big motel, so the staff appear stressed and overworked. Unusual but welcome that a really good *continental* breakfast is included ....however, it's best to get there early.

The check in is quick. The staff are very friendly and really help by giving out information on the local area. I was able to stay past my check out time.
