Been going for a couple months now. Overall, my body and mind haven't felt this good in years. Nice environment, everyone's friendly and the massages are whatever you want them to be. In my case, Twila just focuses on a relaxing experience which is exactly what I need. Highly recommend!

I would not sign this contract with massage envy. It is very difficult to schedule appointments. They (mill creek, Lynnwood and shoreline) are typically booked out during the normal times you’d like to use them. And for the few therapists that aren’t booked out, my experience is that they aren’t as good. It’s a frustrating experience but now I have all these accumulated hours and I either continue with membership or lose that investment. Sunk cost fallacy. I’m giving two stars instead of one because a good percentage of the therapists are awesome, when you can get an appointment with them. Which makes me wonder, do they have enough appointments available for all of the memberships they sell? Technically, there should be one per person per month. I’ve asked but have never gotten a straight answer.

Twila is amazing! I used to be a regular with her, but hadn’t seen her in about a year, and it was like she picked up right where we left off! I love feeling transformed, and just got all over. Highly recommend!

Such a great massage appointment with Twilla yesterday 👍 She always starts our session with the question “So how is your body today?” And then she addresses your concerns and your problem areas. She’s got a great touch, her pressure is firm enough to work out the kinks without being unbearable. Looking forward to my next session with her.

Amazing. Always! Derek is my therapist and I have had the mechanics of my body changed for the better because of his massage techniques. I walk out of each session with the ability to continue strength training effectively, and with the ability to safely and consistently perform in the physical demands of my job. I would not be the provider or person, health wise, without having found Derek as a therapist.

Twila is the best! I've been training for a half marathon and she completely released the tension in my lower legs. My legs haven't felt this good in a very long time! She also gave me some best practices on how to de-stress as well as helpful stretches I can do in between my sessions with her. She's a great listener and very skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist.

I have been a member of the Mill Creek Massage Envy for several years. The front desk is extremely friendly and always greet me by name. Derek is the best massage therapist that I have ever seen. He is very knowledgeable of muscle groups and ligaments. My shoulder and hip pain has decreased because of his technique and skill. He applies the massage pressure that I prefer, which is due to his listening and concern. I always look forward to my sessions.

Linda is an amazing masseuse! She is very attentive to your needs, and if you need deep tissue she's got you covered. I've been seeing her regularly for about a year now and she is a core reason why I keep my membership.

I have been using the Mill Creek Massage Envy for a few years now. The price is good and the the therapists are great. I honestly can't recommend the customer service of at least one of the gals at the front desk, and their text/phone communications are often lacking. I have shown up for an appointment only to find out that my appointment had been canceled due to a schedule change for the therapist. I didn't mind the cancelation as much as I did not being informed. There was also a mixup in my credits which wasn't my fault and I was treated as if I was trying to rip them off. It was the tone of voice and assumptions made by the gal at the desk that were so awful. As I mentioned, it has been only the one gal at the front desk, the rest have been very pleasant.

I have been going to this location for years. I am a member, which I highly recommend since member pricing is awesome. Twila is my favorite masseuse at this location. She is very friendly and I always leave feeling much better than did when I came in. Twila rules!

I hesitate to name names as I don’t want her schedule to book out even more, but Twila is beyond amazing! Do yourself a favor & schedule an appointment with her. You won’t be disappointed!
