I didn't see any certifications posted proudly on walls... It was ok. I was looking for a massage, last minute, and couldn't get in with the usual suspects. So I looked around, solely based on google reviews and a combination of proximity. This place came up. My masseuse spoke almost no English, making the description of any problems, pinpointing effective pressure, etc all the more difficult. She was friendly enough. Something tells me they don't dress the way she did when grandma comes in or when a woman is on the table. She was wearing large sweats when she showed me to the door. To my amazement, she was wearing a very short black dress when I flipped over halfway through. I can assume this was in an effort to elicit a higher tip from a tall, middle-aged white male whom she may have suspected was looking for this kind of thing. I would've preferred a better quality massage and the sweat pants, however. The massage was below average due to the communication barrier. The place was clean and inviting, if not very professional looking. Don't go here looking for therapy, but instead find what I would describe as an upgraded version of what my wife does for me once a week, after the kids go to bed. Also, the "1 hour" massage was precisely 42 minutes. Most places do 50-55 for what they term 1 hour due to booking turnover needs. Verdict: in a pinch, go here for a decent relaxation massage. The price can be justified for that. Don't go if you need therapy, deep tissue, or focus work because I suspect none of them are licensed for that. I don't want to throw shade here, it's just a strong vibe I get after being to a myriad of different massage companies, in multiple states, over many years.

Don't know how it was before the name change, but now the massage isn't worth the time/money. Strike 1: As I was escorted to the room, I past by and had to listen to one of the other workers snorting/hocking up something (perhaps she had started to swallow something?). Strike 2: Asked for and paid $60 for a 60 minute massage, after 40 minutes (confirmed time from Google maps) of an average massage, she says all done. She wanted more than my generous $20 / 33% tip. Strike 3: During the cut-short time massage, I was repeatedly asked if I wanted a HE, I kept refusing, saying 'massage only'. They lost a customer that tips generously (IMHO), and potentially lost future customers after reading this review.

The place is overpriced in my opinion for the services they provide which is a rubdown not a massage. 50 hh and 70 for hour. Not a legit massage if you're looking for that and looking for a little extra at the end if you know what I mean. I won't be returning to this place. I guess all the reviews were when the place was a legit massage place but not since the new owners took it over.

Yesterday later afternoon I called in direct need of a massage. Not only was I able to get in with a great time but the person talking was so professional and kind. I unfortunately got lost on my way to the appointment and called to say I was going to be late. Donna the great lady on the phone and my therapist helped navigate me to the office. The paper work was quick and painless. I will say I haven't felt as relaxed and comfortable in a long time. The massage was just what I needed to reset my back. Plus all the hard places I hold on to my stress. I felt at least 5 pounds lighter in my body and so relaxed. Not only does this place do a long list of awesome body and face work but includes a salon for haircuts! I will not be leaving Donna for a seriously long time.

Great experience! Got a full body massage with deep tissue massaging and they even used hot stones. They also gave me a complimentary water in my way out .

*Cash Only* not very professional They didn't tell me cash only over the phone. Had to leave to go pickup some. I came here with my wife so we could get a couples massage. I booked it the day before. After we came back from getting cash the receptionist was on a call on her cellphone but trying to talk to us too. She motioned to us to follow her so we did, then she took us to separate rooms. We told her that we booked a couples massage for the same room. She said that wasn't available at that time and we would have to take the separate rooms. We had spent an hour trying to find a place in the area to get a couples massage so this was disappointing since we're on our honeymoon. We said we didn't want separate massages and she said we could come back later. She was never specific in times, or even took my name when I booked the appointment. The price was good, but we ended up not coming back. I cannot comment on the massage since we couldn't even get in to get one. But service was not professional and didn't make us comfortable enough to come back later. I also didn't see any licenses displayed anywhere.

I moved to the Olympia area this spring and had to find new options for hair cuts and massages. My Seattle massage therapist had queried her contacts for massage providers here, and Trinity was on the list. I called and made an appointment and noticed they also have a hair salon there. I'd tried a local stylist for a hair cut and didn't like it, so made an appointment for Angela at Trinity to try to fix it. What a find on both counts! Angela did just as I asked on the hair cut, and she's a great person on top of that. When I first saw Kristina, I wondered if such a tiny young woman could really get into my old muscles and tendons to make much of a difference, but boy, did she surprise me! She makes the massage session both very pleasant and relaxing, and still manages to get in there and untie all those knots. I've been on a steady schedule with her since, and have recommended her to my neighbors, at least one of whom has also become a regular of both Kristina and Angela. Finding Trinity really made me feel at home in my new home.

My wife and I have both been to Trinity for massages, and "impressed" doesn't begin to do it justice. Their facility is quiet, calm, and relaxing. They are extremely professional and attentive to the level of massage we are comfortable with (I'm prefer a gentler massage but my wife prefers deep tissue). And the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Trinity, and can't wait to schedule my next visit. Thank you!!!!

Cash only. Very shady outfit. Got a very quick "rubdown" after I refused to tip more than $20.

My date called ahead of time and scheduled an hour couples massage. When we get there they have him help move the second bed into the room. Then they say sorry we’re busy and only offered us 30 minutes. Seemed very odd since we had arrived 20 minutes early there should have been plenty of time. During this half hour the woman massaging my date left the table four times to talk with guests at the counter and once for what sounded like a third employee. We both left very disappointed not only for customer service, but it was hands down worst massage ever.

The only massages happening at the place are illegal... The ladies were wearing see threw tops & very short dresses... Lots of inappropriate noises coming from the backroom. They agreed to massage my husband but didn't have time for myself... Cash only sign should of been our first hint.
