The medical support at this location are excellent from reception to the Doctors. They did a fast and accurate assessment and offered support and quick prescription requests. Pro tip!! Make an appointment for really fast help if you can on their website. It makes everything so easy.

I had to go to an urgent care and I am so glad I chose MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care. I was able to make an appointment, so no endless waiting in the waiting room. I got right in and I had virtually no waiting once I was in the room. I had my intake, an ekg, chest xrays, and talked to the Doctor in less than 2 hours, which is a lot of stuff done in that amount of time. No one rushed, everyone was efficient but spent the time needed with me. I needed prescriptions,which the Doctor called in right away. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The facility was clean and up-to-date. I definitely will go back again if I need those type of services again. And I highly recommend this practice and facility to anyone who is looking to find a great urgent care.

I saw Dr. Harvey at the Tumwater location. He is very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I had several concerns and I was very concerned about what everything could mean and he did very well educating me on all treatment options and devising a plan that works for me. I left feeling great about the plan as well as confident I would be feeling better in no time. Thank you for your attention and care today Dr. Harvey. I greatly appreciated your time.

Highly recommend their services. I made a call to determine the services they provided could address our needs. The service was professional, attentive to the situation, considerate, and appreciated. My son was in a room within 3 minutes, received stitches, given instruction, and out the door in a very timely manner. Very highly recommend, as a first option.

Everyone from the person who met us at the door to the X-ray tech to the nurse to the doctor was AMAZING. They all seemed genuinely concerned about my son and his comfort level. And they were so quick! We were in and out for a broken wrist in under 30 minutes. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and facility. Truly wonderful and I’m so grateful they were there for us when we needed them!

This is by far the best urgent care I've ever gotten to. They had hit their capacity for walk in patients. I told them and showed them what I needed to be seen for. They got me right in the nurse and the doctor treated me like I was a human being and not like a patient who is on state insurance. Super friendly, very compassionate and understanding. I wish they were primary care doctors because I would go there all the time but my visit was fast and like I said they were super amazing people there

I always get really good care from physicians and nurses here. The front counter people, even when busy, do try their hardest to make things work. They have a little snack and drink bar in the waiting area, I wish there was less plastic options but it's nice to have it there, and so far its always been pretty fast for me to get seen. This last visit was really good for me, and I'm glad I keep coming back. Update 8/28 I got hurt yesterday and needed to be seen immediately, so I wasn't able to go to this indigo. I'm so glad I decided to go today, Dr. Bundt is great. Kind, quick, and attentive. She's the only one who actually did something about my issue, and I'm so happy. I will say that no matter which Indigo I go to, I always love the nurses on staff. Update 11/29 I'm annoyed at being told to come in at least 30 min- 1 hr prior to being able to be seen. This has happened most frequently with walk-ins, but also with appointments, it can take a while to get in. I inform them each time I call that I only live a short distance away. I do understand it is important to keep people nearby for timeliness. However, I have strep and wish to not be around people.

They shared personal information to the health department somehow used a phone number we did not check in with their accessing your records and sharing it under some COVID health department rule still. When you're checking in they also ask for your personal information with no regard to who is listening in the lobby. If you use them they will share your information to entities that have had issues with being hacked in the past.

Would give 0 stars if possible, and when it says walk ins welcome that's only if the provider doesn't want to leave early. I came in with my sick 5 year old 30 minutes before they closed and was told to go to the ER or come back in the am that the provider isn't seeing any more patients even though the website says walk-ins welcome anytime. They didn't even check on my son or ask symptoms nothing and he had high fever, throwing up, dehydrated ect. Horrible place for an urgent care.

The stuff was so kind, empathetic, and helpful since I called them all the way to the appointment. They gave me a lot good information to take care of my issue and made me feel cared and comfortable. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else where they might not care about you and leave you in pain, ( I would know since I made that mistake) and go to Indigo Tumwater instead.

Everyone there is so helpful and polite. Everything is clean and everyone there knows what they are doing. And I personally think the gal at the front desk is beautiful, and most helpful to answer any of my questions. 5 stars.

The clinic was very clean and the people were kind and compassionate. I had an appt and was seen timely. The MA who obtained my initial info was very pleasant and knowledgeable.The PA who saw me was very efficient with her questions, patient with me and answered all my concerns, very professional and knowledgeable.

I was greeted with such a warm welcome from all of the staff. The wait wasn’t that long. They show lots of compassion and tried to handle my arm and feet during the in x-Ray with care. The staff was so friendly and when I returned later my son told me wow they all know you. I told him earlier how great this place was and how friendly. Never been to such a great place like this. Clean, friendly, and free snacks! On-site x-ray. Clear communication from staff and provider. My son says, “The doctor was funny and nice and he explained everything clearly and the guy at the front desk gave me juice and snacks!”

i had a really good experience here, it was a bit busy and i was told it would be at least 1.5/2 hour wait as there were 6 people ahead of me. they put you on a wait list and you are allowed to leave and they text you when it’s your turn to be seen, which i thought was awesome and super convenient. i checked in at 1p, and got a text at 1:42pm saying it was my turn already! very surprised at how quick i was able to be seen. i felt very comfortable coming here as everyone here was extremely nice and took good care of me. would definitely recommend coming here to anyone in the area, and if i ever need to go to an urgent care again, i will definitely come here.

Amber was great, she told us of the wait time and it ended up being much sooner. Brian, the provider was also wonderful. He made my son feel at ease and included him in his care. John was fantastic, he connected with my son and shared family stories. All labs were completed by the time we finished seeing the provider and we were in and out. Would definitely recommend.

WOW! Urgent care has evolved in the best sort of way! Went online to book appt and to my surprise there was an available appt within the hour. Still skeptical that they would actually adhere to my appt time once i got there but they did! This place was IMMACULATE! And the staff were super friendly! An added bonus was free lattes, juice, and snacks however, because they were so speedy getting us into an exam room we did not have time to partake. arrival to exit we were there less than 30 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I would even consider ditching my GP and going here for all my med needs.

I would highly recommend Indigo MultiCare to anyone of any age who needs to be seen for an issue that doesn't warrant the services of an ER room or who has a medical need they for whatever reason cannot see their PCP for. All of my experiences with Indigo Multicare have been positive from the moment I walked in the door until leaving. I felt well cared for by their team of professionals who listened to me and my concerns. I was treated with dignity and respect, which hasn't always been my experience when seeking medical care. On one occasion when then doctor felt my care was at the level of needing to go to the ER, knowing that I might not be prepared for the long wait in an ER, the staff at Indigo offered me beverages and healthy snacks that they openly have available for patients for my trip to the hospital. To me it was a sign that they were invested in my treatment outside of their care and that my overall well-being was the driving force for the level of care given at Indigo Multicare.
