I don’t know why this place has so many good reviews, but I think most of the customers here doesn’t really know what a good chiropractor is. I had an established relationship with a really good chiropractor before I moved to WA, and decided to try out the joint here. The walk-in is convenient, but it leads the chiropractor to stress through all of the customers. By the time he got to me he was all sweaty and winded. really weird that we’re also just sitting and watching other people get adjusted while we wait for our turn. The chiropractor did the same exact moves on everyone, and didn’t alter to anyones needs. Each client took about 5 minutes, and when I left there I was in just as much pain and could feel several spots needing a crack. In comparison, my old chiropractor would spend 20-30 minutes with each client and crack+pull/massage on the muscles that were painful, it hurts but i always walked out of there with no pain at all + it would be in the privacy of a doctor/patient room, not for other clients and people outside the window to watch. This felt pretty much like a scam in my opinion, especially when the chiropractor said there wasn’t much else he could do that day and that I could come back in a couple times a week. I get that it’s a routine maintenance thing, but it was weird to me how he said there’s nothing else to do while my other chiro would spend another 25 minutes and I’d feel completely different than what I did with the joint. I’ve never walked out of a chiropractors office in just as much pain as I walked in until I came here.

Makala did an amazing job. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on the plans. Dr. Huy was very nice and listened to what I could tolerate.

Overall a wonderful experience meeting all of you and looking forward to seeing you soon. I feel great have done some stretching exercises per Dr. Mark’s instructions. See you again on Thursday. Happy Halloween!

The best Joint I've gone to! I love the visit packages! So easy to use as I need, and renew when they are used up. Dr. Kellogg is FANTASTIC! He is the reason I'm writing a review! Even thought its a "drive-through" kind of place, he really takes the time to give a good adjustment, tailored to what you need. I have encountered way less thorough chiropractors in the past, where I was in and out in 2 mins without much of a difference. Dr Kellogg really makes a huge difference for me!

My partner and I came in as new customers today. Front desk clerk was welcoming and took care of us while we waited to be seen. Inside of the building is gorgeous btw! Then, doctor listened to our needs and was also informative of exercises that we could do to help with our problem areas. Wonderful experience! Plus $29 flat for a first time walk in you can't beat that price anywhere else!

This uneducated girl at the front counter told me I can't be seen because it was too close to lunch time. It was 15 minutes. I informed her I am a bus rider/walker and I'm heading to work. This is the only time I have to come here. She had the audacity to ask me to wait 45 minutes! Poor customer service, and you are fired! I'll never go back

I was feeling extreme discomfort in my neck and shoulders and Dr. Mike was so helpful and informative during my visit. It was a wonderful experience for my first time visit! I’m looking forward to my future visits at the University Place location.

It was my first time going to a chiropractor. I am 41 years old and had no idea what to expect. Dr. Marc was so great. I had been in so much discomfort for weeks as soon as she was done I felt great. I called him magic hands. Lol I will be going back twice a week and definitely recommend this place. I love the girl up front, she’s so friendly and really good energy.
