Lots to like here. I appreciated the private room for piercing and a skilled technician. Huge selections of earrings of all kinds, including stainless steel, and even lots of magnetic ones. I'm not sure if I chose a more expensive earring for the first piercing. I would have gone with a cheaper Choice had I known the difficulty with reusing them as regular earrings afterward. I actually needed to go in to get one of them Twisted off because I could not do it after trying for quite some time. $30 seems like a lot to pay for a temporary stud but maybe I misunderstood.

1st Earlobe Piercing (2x) - $70 GO HERE FOR EAR PIERCINGS!!!! The front desk lady was extremely friendly, professional, and easy to talk to The piercer lady was so nice and so professional, she double checked to make sure I liked the placement before I actually got it pierced. It was as painless as humanly possible. The professionalism and friendliness was unmatched I had my girlfriend with me which might have helped cause she was chatting them up lol I would recommend this over Claire's

Not happy experience. The lady took a call while I'm looking at a tray of earrings rips them away from me to put them away as I'm still looking then I hurriedly ask for two pairs so I can at least choose something I want, and then this other lady comes up and takes over both being completely rude a not listening to me at all. I should've saved my money n went elsewhere. By the time I left I was livid. They treated me like I was a thief based on nothing.

Absolutely loved walking in and was instantly greeted and my piercer was absolutely amazing she took her time to make sure that I was happy with my placement that I understand what was going on even though I had been pierced several times before and the shop was very clean and beautiful and organized and absolutely 10 out of 10 recommend them

Love getting my piercings from here! When I went the first time to get my tragus done the front desk staff and piercer were both amazing! Piercer talked me through the process and was kind I do not remember her name however. The second time I went the front desk staff was still very nice but the piercer was a little short with me - I got my 3rd lobes and helix done and she didn’t talk me through the process/talk at all and took out my 2nd lobe piercings without asking to mark placement for the 3rds. My 2nd piercing were still healing a bit and they hurt when she took it out/in. Piercings itself were fine and everything else was fine!

Came here for the first time on a impulse for finally get the ears pierced ! Shelby was my piercer and she was super chill and answered all my questions. I got 6 at once she was quick but still very delicate and efficient. 10/10 highly recommend ✨

I went to the store to buy a ear piercing and the customer service was very bad. They couldn’t help me to find what I needed. They also don’t accept returns if the product doesn’t fits you, they don’t let us to try it before buy.

Great experience with a walk-in nose piercing today! Awesome staff and environment, we will definitely be coming back soon.
