Every time I have come to this location with any questions or needing help with my phone and service the staff here has been very quick, knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had a bad experience at this location! A small handful of my visit I have gotten Mitchell to help me and I have to say his patients is out of this world! I’m not the most tech savvy person so it’s nice to have someone speak to me in a way that’s easily understandable and is always friendly. I have also gotten the pleasure of working with Alexis once and she would explain step by step everything she was doing and kept me well informed on some of the things I can do to resolve some of the issues I was having with my iphone. It’s safe to say this is now my go to location if I ever need any more help regarding my phone and plan so thank you!

Alexis was very helpful and talked us through everything she was doing. My experience was a 10/10 and I look forward to working with her again in the future! Not happy at all with the customer service at this store. We traded our phone in back in June and never received credit due to the employee losing our phone we brought in. We can't get anyone to help rectify the situation after continually going into the store for resolution. After being long time customers of AT&T, it is very disappointing! 10.23 thanks for the canned response, exactly what I expected nothing!

Recently went in to inquire about the service plans and phone options as we were less than satisfied with the customer service of our current carrier. Alexis was great and took the time to explain our concerns with zero pressure. We even took two days too make our choice, she greatted us with a friendly attitude and made us feel welcome.
