Great customer service! I am impressed with the staff at The Hadley. Every interaction I have had thus far has been outstanding professionalism, courteousness, and patience. My experience at The Hadley is a stark contrast to my previous apartment in Redmond. The Hadley is clean, quiet, safe and accessible. As a disabled person, I am impressed with layout of the property, ease of access to move in and out, and secure entrances for tenants. Overall, both the community of Mercer Island and The Hadley apartments is a grand improvement for me and I look forward to long-term tenancy.

Been living at The Hadley for almost a year and recently signed a new lease. My time here has been the best living experience in my life thus far. Management (Megan and Jeanette) are always prompt and informative about any rare issues or any questions that I have. Maintenance (Carol and Blue) are always doing an excellent job if anything in the apartment needs fixing. The apartment is well maintained as far as amenities are concerned. The building is always kept clean, and any small issues; such as loud chatter with dogs barking in the courtyard, is addressed almost instantly. I haven’t had a bad interaction with a neighbor, or even seen anything such as a bug since I’ve lived here. I should note that I’m a pet owner, and haven’t had any issues regarding that either. Nothing really to complain about so far in my experience living here. Fire alarms go off about once or twice a year, and there has been an issue with the garbage chute that took about a week to fix. That’s really about it if I’m being brutally honest and transparent with my review of living here. Always positive vibes. Here’s to hoping the trend continues.

So far, I love it here! The staff is amicable, and maintenance responds the day of! I love my apartment and the surrounding area. There are tons of things to do. The neighbors seem friendly. It is a warm/social community. Quiet and serene, yet close enough to get to the City quickly; I love it. Megan is fantastic! She helped me a lot during my move-in (I had tons of silly questions). Overall, I highly recommend!

The Hadley is a great place to call home! There’s multiple restaurants right below and a coffee shop right across the street. A Grocery store within walking distance just a block away. Mercer island has a small town vibe, but only a 10 minute drive to downtown Seattle. The staff is great there, especially Blue, the Maintenance Supervisor. He’s always super personable, helpful and always on top of any issues that may come about. Highly recommend The Hadley!

Best decision of my life to move here! I couldn't be more thrilled with the location - it feels like I live in a true neighborhood with community vibes; not an apartment complex. The maintenance and leasing team is amazing - should out to Megan! She is the real reason I chose the Hadley; I get real familial vibes from the team here, and I'm into it. I can be downtown an an event in 15 minutes, without the chaos of literally living in it. Do yourself a favor, and make the move - so much great stuff within walking distance too! Hadley for life!

Moving to The Hadley as a new Seattle area resident has been an awesome experience. The building is in a central location and most of the best spots Seattle has to offer is just a short drive away. Moving from out of state, I didn't know what I was getting myself into, and almost picked a spot in Columbia City. I'm SO glad I happened upon Mercer Island, and the Hadley. I’ve met a ton of great people from all over the world in this great neighborhood, and I feel like I'm really going to build a sense of community here; it's clearly already there - I just look forward to becoming more a part of it. Blue and Megan are so friendly, and have gone out of their way to make my move here easy and comfortable. If I could give the team 6 stars, I would!

Great place to live. Safe neighborhood, fairly modern apartments, peaceful and quiet building. Megan does a fantastic job as the building manager - best building manager out of all the apartments I’ve lived in. She is friendly and very responsive to emails/requests and runs the community well. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. I enjoy living here.

Living here was almost a dream. The staff were always ready to lend a hand and keep an eye out for packages. The maintenance staff, especially Blue, was always friendly and quick to act whenever a ticket was submitted. No negatives to speak of; you won't regret living here! I only moved out to purchase a home, otherwise I'd still be calling the Hadley my home.
