UPDATED REVIEW I was able to schedule an appointment online and arrived at my appointment. Matthew J. Dunn proceed to then deny me as a patient because I left him a negative review (see below) about the phone experience. He even said it was "ballsy" to show up to an appointment after leaving a negative review (which by the way had nothing to do with him, as you can read below). Stay away from this place. The fact that he discriminated against me for leaving honest feedback makes me scared for his current patients and how he might actually be treating them. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else - there are plenty of practitioners in the area that are fantastic. Don't let this guy's ego poison your livelihood. ORIGINAL REVIEW Tried calling 4 times. 2 of those times the line was picked up, nobody said hello, could hear talking in the background, and then they hung up on me. 1 time went to some voicemail. Finally someone answered when I said “Hello?” when the line was answered. Immediately someone started talking but I was suddenly placed on hold or something. I see really great reviews for this place but I’m not sure how I could trust a medical practice that can’t even operate their phones correctly. 😬

I had a great experience. It was my first time going to a chiropractor. I really appreciate that He gave me instructions about what he’s going to do. My neck feels so much better Dr Dunn was able to fix it he also noticed other that i did not know that I had and he realigned them back in place I’m glad I went. Highly recommend.

Great Experience for new Patients. I called Overlake and they told me they were 3-4 months out. I then called Dr. Dunn and was able to schedule an appt. the next day online and filled out all forms in less than 15 minutes. Dr. Dunn has a great setup for scheduling, intake, and taking care of his patients. It was a great overall experience.

I enjoyed meeting Dr Dunn and he asked questions that made me know that he had my best interests in mind. He wants to figure out the why behind my symptoms. Most other doctors treat symptoms and do not look for the cause. He wanted to figure out the cause, so we can deal with the root issue so that the symptoms cease. His online booking portal is very easy to use and availability is better than most. I highly recommend him!

This was my very first visit to a Chiropractor and I was a little bit nervous not knowing what to expect. Dr. Dunn was very kind and thoughtful, he took the time to explain to me everything he was doing so I understood what he was doing and why, which helped calm my nerves. Right away I felt comfortable with him! Dr. Dunn is very professional and extremely knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and more. I highly recommend Dr. Dunn if you are looking for a very experienced and caring Chiropractor, he's AMAZING!! Can't wait to see him again in 2 weeks!
