Was a pt for 6 years., compliant & stable on treatment plan when W/O warning I was dropped for self advocating and asking questions about policies that were put in place overnight & extreme opposites from what I had come to know as "common practice" with this clinic. There was no medical reason given, no concern for my health or well being. Purely political and if you want a dr whose primary goal is to take care of their patients, then stay FAR away from this place. After the changes to policy, even PA's who had worked there for years disagreed and ultimately left.

This office has a recorded message with options to leave a message to make an appointment. They do not return phone calls. I was finally able to talk to an actual person after multiple phone calls. The representative was totally uninterested in finding the referral from my doctor. He instructed me to call my physician back and ask them to resend it. He then went on to say that he did not have any appointments available within the next four weeks and advised me to find somewhere else. I would advise anyone to avoid this office. They obviously don’t need any new patients, and their customer service is non existent.

Not only do I have chronic pain, but I am also a nurse. I see both sides of patient care. This center treats their patients honestly and with respect. Every month they re-evaluate and re-exam. I trust them and feel cared for and heard. This is so important with chronic pain because often it is so important to quality of life. I can honestly say that I have great improvement to the control of my pain and I am greatful to the people in this clinic.

Jakob and Theresa at the front desk will always greet you with a smile and a how are you? You know you are in a professional office with a caring staff the moment you walk in the door. They have time for you. Dr.V is extremely well educated in pain management he has the ability to put all of the medical information into something you will be able to understand, he has true empathy and you will always feel that there is hope. He has two amazing assistants Danner and Crystal who are always available ,very kind and great listeners which is so important to those of us that suffer constant pain. I would give six stars if it were available.

Dr. Vogelgesang and the clinic staff exceeded expectations. Prior to my first appointment, Dr. Vogelgesang had actually read my intake materials and medical records -- a first in my experience! I had a great appointment, and together we created a treatment plan that addressed all my concerns. Thank you, Alliance Pain Center.

The staff is on point. Jake and Teresa are an asset to the office. Dr Vs experience leads to optimal care and individualized healing. Highly Recommend. Occassionally your appointment with Dr. V. Is delayed so you have to hang out in the waiting room. He spends extra time with patients that need it. Remember he will grant that additional time and care for you too...when you are needing it. He truely wants your pain to be managed so your life can be as normalized as possible.

I’ve Ben to a lot of pain managements. It was alway just come back in 28 days for medication. Dr V and his team helped me immediately with a nerve stimulator. Just got my staples out but I can tell the main source of my pain has been relieved. Thank you Team V.

Dr V. And Theresa, Amazing 😍! They're so patient with me & willing to walk me through each step of my injections. Theresa is kind enough to hold my hand during the scary process. I've been a patient there for 4 years now. I couldn't ask for better than they are. Dr V takes the time to get to know his patients and he truly cares. With all sincerity, Dr. Vogelsang is one of the most intelligent doctors I have had the privilege of being under a doctors care. He is very well versed in almost all areas and really listens and has a keen sense of understanding people. He provides a comfortable environment and really has done wonders for me. I came to him in very bad shape and had three years of dealing with doctors who did not fully understand my issues or me. The one blessing he gave me is at our first visit he told me to promise him I would never allow myself to be treated with such disrespect from any other medical professional. What an incredible man and such powerful words. He earned my trust and I will forever cherish his words. My point… He cares, listens and has empathy. His staff is incredible, competent and top notch. I don't understand why this pain center only has 3.8 Stars because I went in pretty hopeless about my pain, and left feeling more hopeful than I have in a very long time! I absolutely felt like Dr. Vogelgesang truly wanted to help. My situation is complicated, but he was extremely helpful and I felt like I have options. Definitely recommend him and his staff!! Your search is over! Dr. V. is an extremely kind and compassionate doctor and the front staff never fails to leave a smile on my face, I would go there just to check in with them! Dr V was so patient and always took his time with me. I never felt rushed even though I am “that patient” .. the one that talks too much about other medical issues and always makes the dr run over (Sorry Dr V). Unfortunately, for me, I am irremediable . He was very sympathetic in delivering the news and ensuring that I understood. I did drop one star because, although he is a great doctor, he is not perfect and I did find him to be a tad judgmental and difficult to communicate with (I have a head injury and it's difficult for me to communicate with anyone, so...). Though itwas difficult for me to communicate; he was always willing to listen and, most importantly, to me, treated me with respect. I have had horrible experiences with doctors in the past and I can say, without a doubt, I will never have to see another one!

Ever since I've been going to Alliance I felt as if the nurses, doctors, and everyone at the front desk really cared about my conditions and special needs. They are thoughtful, caring, and very attentive. One on one care for sure! Thank you to the whole staff for all you do!!!

I was a patient there in compliance with everything and then all the sudden with no warning I was dropped. I was told in around about way that the doctors new girlfriend took over the clinic she was rude and unprofessional. I heard her talking to another doctor in the office where they had left the door open saying she was going to Slash all these patients of another doctor that left the practice. Anyway I went in for my monthly visit and was told not to come back that they would not prescribe for me anymore very unprofessional end of course I was a patient of the PA that left

My doctor sent in a referral 2 months ago and they never called me. Called today for the 3rd time to set up an appointment and the rude receptionist wouldn't even let me speak without continously interrupting me and making excuses not to let me be seen. What a joke

The staff are generally friendly, helpful and courteous. "Doc V" (as he's often called because his last name can be a mouthful to say) is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Some folks might complain because they have to wait longer than their scheduled appt time. But what they fail to realize is that, even with other medical providers there, some patients have issues which can't be resolved In a mere 10-20 minutes. Doc V takes the time that's needed to try and help these patients. Other patients have either extremely difficult medical issues or else may have MULTIPLE medical issues or some combination of both. These patients, too, may require more time for the Dr to properly and appropriately treat and tend to. Doc V tries to treat NOT JUST the PHYSICAL symptoms of his patients, but their often EMOTIONAL/MENTAL ones, as well. As many can tell you, emotional/mental issues left untreated can often be as bad, or become even worse, than any physical issues and can also have an impact ON the physical ones. Whenever I've had to wait beyond my appt time, regardless of how long it is, I've done so without complaint. Because I KNOW that if "I" need that extra from the Dr myself, that he'll see to it that I get it. Same as he does for ALL of his patients. While I may not always agree with him, I absolutely trust him with both my life and my care and do so unquestionably. He's a very intelligent and caring Dr and so are the rest of his staff. I would highly recommend this Dr. and his staff/clinic to anyone in need of pain management.

Not so often you find a clinic that respect and honors the patients. Our experience is with, Nurses, Dr. V and PA Erin is nothing less than exceptional. No time is wasted, they listen talk with you and all way look forward to the next visit Frank and Patty Cisneros

Unfortuanetly after waiting nearly an hour (50 minutes) and not seeing the doctor I left. I was missing work and had to get back. Shortly after leaving I got a call from the nurse telling me that the doctor was about to see me. I explained that I had to get back to work. After some back and forth she told me I shouldn't have accepted the appointment if I couldnt stay. When I told her that she shouldnt have offered it to me if she was so backed up as she claimed was the reason for the hour long wait. She then said I was no longer allowed to come back. I was shocked. I called back and left a voicemail and sent a facebook message regarding this. The doctor and other staff were so friendly that I cant imagine this is normal behavior but no one has called me back. Apparently this is how they feel.

I have been a patient for a number of years and gladly give 5 stars. I have been treated with kindness and respect from the entire staff. I highly recommend Alliance Pain Center to those suffering with chronic pain.
