Helpful friendly staff who were able to update me on the recent changes with the Pandora brand, which was nice. Some of the charms that were on show needed a little polish as they were tarnished, which was a shame as it made them not lo0k so nice. access good for wheelchairs and staff happy to help you find what you wanted

Wed 10th Nov 2021… I went to find a special charm, as my mum had just passed away, the sales assistant was so spot on and found a selection of charms that suited my requirements without being overwhelming. She didn’t point the usual mum charms, I am so please with the final choice…. It now hanging on my necklace. Thank you for making a tough day a happy one.

A really lovely store. The sales assistant who helped us was very nice. She took time to help us choose items, was very patient as we took a while, and found sale items for us. No hard upsell just a genuinely nice shopping experience.

They didn't have what I was looking for, but they gave information on where it was in stock and how I could get the item I wanted online and otherwise.

Kelly helped me swap my ring because the stone was loose. It’s gonna take up to two weeks but I don’t mind. She was so nice and so helpful and really cared about the problem. Shout to Kelly for the great customer service!

Walked in and explained the situation to two ladies who looked at me as if they didn't work there, A lovely lady, I think her name was Holly? Then took over to actually help, I lost 2 stones from my ring and it was swapped with no issue or fuss. Was very happy with the service and appreciated the polite member of staff.

Decided to visit the shop in Ashford so our daughter could choose her Christmas present. However the staff decided to close early.
