Got shellac, and it peeled off within three days. Pricing was also not made clear and we paid $10 more than originally quoted as they gave us a manicure which we didn’t ask for.

The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced, so rude and they rush and it looks so bad! They tried to over charge me for leg & underarm wax, and the wax snapped all the hair instead of pulling it all out…. Legs were spikey the next day as if they were shaved and I got so many ingrown hairs!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My daughter and I had manicures and pedicures here. Cost total $130. Had to go home and repair the damage. The service in this shop is deplorable.

I went there with my two daughters as a treat. I really needed the relaxation and the woman in charge literally would not leave me alone. She continuously tried to hard sell me add ons for my 11 year old who I only wanted a little nail paint for. The woman was awful. Never stopped nagging at me. I was stressed the whole time. Terrible awful experience. Never going back. Ever.

Rude, awful service. Spoke Vietnamese to each other ignoring me till I reminded them it was rude, after 10 minutes to not speak to the customer or ‘piece of meat’ that sat in the chair. One coughing and I had to ask her to put on a mask that was in her pocket! She ignored me the whole time and stood over me doing my hands. Only spoke when demanded payment for 20 minutes of very poor treatment. No polish either. This was while the other did pedicure. I got out quick, no relaxation felt after a hard day at work or apologies! Not local and they run 2 of these shops. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY if your looking for quality and attention to detail☹️🤬

All of these reviews are true. Just had a full set and they are a mess. The staff are rude beyond belief! The girl actually pulling my hands around borders on assault !! Disgusting service from the moment you enter. And they have told me the eftpos is down so they get cash.

I went there and was only getting simple acrylics and after the put the nails on the hadn’t cut them yet or anything the guy leaves for about and hour and I couldn’t go on my phone cause I had long nails and then he came back and took ages so overall it took about 2 hours and usually only takes and hour for me
