Ordered pizza and tacos from here last night. The pizza was dry with almost no cheese and toppings were very few. Felt like eating dry bread. Tacos were pathetic too. Not sure if this is across all stores or this perticular store has quality issues since this was my second worst order from this store. Sorry Domino's, this was my last order for pizza from you.

So, I simply would like to share my recent encounter on Domino’s Pizza. The farmhouse pizza that I ordered from them online was really tasty. The pizza came quickly, and it was full of freshly chopped mushrooms, red onions, and peppers. My crust was enough crisp and my flavours were so tempting. Their delivery service was very fast, and the order placement via internet was straightforward. Definitely Domino’s Pizza if you are in need of an easy delicious treat.

There were only two menu cards available. One of them was not even clearly printed. It was laminated colour xerox copy of the original one. Not expected this kind of budgeting in Dominos. Cold drinks has only three options. Regular coke or thumbs up weren't available. Staff was very helpful and polite.

Ordered Pizzas and it got delivered after 1 hour even for 30 mins guaranteed order. The replacement order was accepted by the store person. But the same pizzas were sent back by baking hot in oven. This I understood because I kept the seal open while returning. Also the delivery executive is getting assigned with 2 deliveries causing the delays. The owner should take care of such things.

Food was good. Service was good. Ambience was great. Easy to locate on the main road. Parking difficult to find. Cleanliness is maintained. Good Experience.

On Saturday 16-Dec-2023 ordered and stuffed garlic bread and a cheese burst pizza. What we got was a thin crust pizza and the garlic bread having very thin stuffing only in the central 2 sticks. Rest of the bread has absolutely no filling. When we lodged a complaint, got call back in 15 minutes stating if the product is there to return then only they can entertain the complaint. We said that we have the photos but....after arguments we were promised to return Rs240 back in the credit card however what we got is 240 points in the wallet. This is the 3rd time we have faced such a problem with the Dominos outlet at Anand Nagar, Sinhagad Road, Pune. This is just rubbish.

Poor Service I ordered cheesy deep but didn't get it. The pizza box was not packed and was open. I told the delivery boy. he said they didn't pack properly I called customer care and told everything.He put the call on hold for 7 minutes and hung up.

I am posting this review to show unfair practices followed by Google INC and Jubilant food both. My original authentic review with evidences was deleted without my consent. Worst. They say "chutta nahi hai" and don't even return uparke paise. Apply a huge tax. And they give Margherita pizza when asked for full cheezy pizza.

My order takes hardly 10 mins to rea ch my home on my given address. Today it took more than 1.30 hrs. Always the delivery boy reaches on the given address. Very bad status Tracking app of dominos Fed up with it. It doesn't show the correct location of delivery person.
