A few days ago, when James and Catalina assured me that their new pizza place in Tunja was baking the best pizza around, I didn't doubt them for a second as I have already experienced first hand their Cowfish success story in Duitama. However, today, after devouring not one but two "Mafia pizzas", I must say that they were wrong, their pizzas are not the best around ... not by a long shot, they're the BEST PIZZAS IN COLOMBIA. That's right people, I've said it. If you have read any of my other reviews in Colombia and abroad, then you know that I've travelled a bit... 47 cities in over 30 countries and counting, including Sicily, New York and London. Hand on heart, come over to Fiamma and experience one of the best pizzas you'll ever find anywhere in the world. The staff were absolutely great, polite, friendly and very efficient. The price is surprisingly friendly as well, your wallet will be treated with respect jajaja. Oh, and another thing, burgers, sushi, seafood and the rest of the menu... finger licking good. You won't be disappointed.

After reading many reviews I decided to go there because of them. The place is okay, not far from Plaza de Bolivar. I ordered a well done burger but it came medium well. I asked to have some ketchup and the waiter didn't come with it after asking twice. I ordered my second beer and when he sets it on my table he asks if I want the bill. I was so surprised because I was in the middle of my meal and it's not that the restaurant is full of people because it's 4 pm, full of empty tables around me. He was rude. Food is just ok, nothing special. Think twice before coming here.

I have tasted pizza in New York, Bogota, Venize, Rome and Madrid and I must say this one has the best dough. Its crispy but soft and with an amazing flavor.

Nice place to have a dinner in a friendly mood. The food was good, the prices were ok. The waiter and waitress were very nice.

The food was excellent. The menu and quality was way better than the chain in the US, so I imagine they are not related.

It is a nice place to be with friends or for a date. Burgers and Food with an Asian touch are unique in town. Now there are more options with the pizza place inside.

A lot of quality and creative food for such a low price... Chips are awesome: one order is enough for 2-3 people (maybe for only one chips lover)

I love this place! Takes a bit of time but it's worth it. I recommend the single Tempura Chicken Burger with fries. The owners are great! And the staff work so hard. Very friendly atmosphere.
