Looked more upscale than I expected. The salad from the salad bar tasted fresh.The cornmeal-cooked catfish was well seasoned - perfect for me. Fries were not spectacular. The service was prompt and very courteous. A fine place to stop in for good food.

My wife & I went to the Dinner Bell for the 1st time for our anniversary of our 1st date 39 years ago. The food was excellent, the service was prompt and the atmosphere was warm & pleasing. They had a pre Valentines day special but we opted for the seafood platter and a sirlion & fish combo. There was so much food that I could not hold any dessert. The seating areas were distanced for Covid requirements but we didn' t have more than a 10 minute wait. We will visit this testsurant again if we are in Corinth..

Great food and excellent service. Family friendly down home atmosphere. Country fried steak, creamed potatoes, fried green tomatoes and okra. Sad to say, room for dessert!

Well, I don’t know how this place has such high ratings. Honestly I was not impressed. The service was great but the food was mediocre. The catfish was crispy but had no flavor, the fries, shrimp, and hush puppies were straight out of a bag. The green beans were obviously canned. The best part of the meal was the fried pickle chips. Being from Louisiana, I expected more out of my neighbor across the river. If you’re easily impressed, enjoy, if you’re a true connoisseur, seek life elsewhere.

Absolutely loved everything about this place! The food was amazing! The employees were so friendly! Way too much food for 2ppl! But made for excellent leftovers! Thank you for the amazing food and service! 100%recommend! 🥰🥰🥰

Let me start by saying this, I’ve spent most of my life in New Orleans and I know what good food is. Found this place from a Google search and I am thrilled that I did. The food here was as good as anything back in NOLA. I had the Shrimp and Grits along with the salad bar and the main course came with Loaded Hush Puppies. They were fantastic. The grits were cooked to perfection and the shrimp was seasoned just right. The salad bar was a welcome throw back to way back when. If you’re ever in the area this place is worth your time for a great meal.

I'm going to start off by saying I'm not a fan of the decor. The place is kind of dark inside. It felt a little oppressive to me. That said, I had a chicken fried steak sandwich. And it was pretty much perfect as a chicken fried steak sandwich. The sandwich was generous. The steak was tender. It may be the first time I've had a piece of chicken fried steak where I did not encounter a single piece of gristle or stringy thing and where I didn't have a couple of little balls of partially chewed unchewables discreetly set at the edge of my plate. At the same time, the batter coating was crunchy to the last bite. Tasty, tender and crunchy to the last bite. It's hard to beat that. The fries were pretty good too. It wasn't a heart healthy meal, but I enjoyed it.

I took my three children and two of their friends to eat lunch and couldn't believe how many BEAUTIFUL TOMATOES they gave them. There were so many I had to ask for a To-Go plate because those five children were so stuffed from all of the tomatoes they ate. If your children love tomatoes 🍅 the way mine do then do yourself a favor and dine here!

Great food and service We always go there when we are in town We live in Missouri and don't get there often but look forward to adding it to our stay

We are new to the area, but we saw the large number of cars in the parking lot and figured it was a popular place to eat. We had a short wait, but the service was very attentive and our burgers were hot, tasty and made to our specifications.

I live in Jacksonville Florida and when I’m in Corinth I eat Dinner Bell every day not bc it’s the only restaurant but it’s the best place to get home cooked meals and amazing service ❤️

Craving a steak while we were in town and we were glad to find this place. Obviously when the parking lot is nearly full at 5, you know you came to right place. We both ordered the house special 5oz ribeye with catfish strips. It was very delicious and both walked out feeling very satisfied and stuffed. Definitely recommend this place whether you are a local, or passing through. You won't be disappointed with great quality food and service.

This was my 1st earing here. I ordered the 12 oz sirloin medium, onion rings, salad and toast. My steak was gray and didn't look very good, but I was pleasantly surprised. I wish it were pinker, but it was tender and good. The sides were also very good. My order was ready in 15 mins and they were packed! I will definitely be back!!

What a find! From out of town. Saw reviews here and decided to try it. The parking lot was pretty full so we thought there would be a wait for a table but there wasn’t. The restaurant is bigger than you think. We order ed the hamburger steak with onion rings and fries and a bacon cheeseburger plate with sweet potato fries and sweet tea and salad. Everything was delicious! Cooked right, fresh tasting, great southern sweet tea! We will definitely be back when passing through again!

The food was excellent as always. I had grilled shrimp and it was seasoned perfectly and not overcooked. Their salad bar isn't massive but I always enjoy it. Try not to fill up on salads and appetizers though cause the entrees are just as good. Even though I was with a large party our food came out in a very timely manner. If you're looking for a good sit down dinner give the bell a ring.

I've never had shrimp and grits that were cooked with nothing, no bell peppers, onion, cheese, just plain yellow grits with cooked shrimp on top, and they still had the tails on. It was awkward to cut them off as they were in the grits. The hush-puppies were very tasty. That is all that the dish came with. No salad or slaw or veggies. My friend's steak was little over 1/4" thick. It's hard to cook such a thin steak medium rare, so of course, it was overdone. They said it tasted good though. Personally, I don't recommend either of these dishes.

Food great as always but was separated from the rest of the restaurant due to having service dogs that were training. Other than that service was great

The place looks dated. The food was fine, salad bar was very small, servers were fine. We won't make any special effort to go back. Just very average.

Some of the best all around food and prices aren’t that bad for the food and service you get .I would highly recommend going and giving it a try. And got to give a shout out to our server Lachelle one of the best . ( The only down fall is with food that good should have a cocktail to go with it. )but all in all it’s worth going and giving it a try.

Great place to eat. It was my first time there. Took my girlfriend there for date night. The service was outstanding and the food was amazing. I will definitely be going back.

I was expecting much more from this place after getting recommendations from locals and from the restaurant's website claiming fame for steak and catfish. the hash Brown casserole was excellent but the steak was cold and is not very tender although it was cooked to the right temperature inside it came out cold. The catfish was absolutely terrible, it had a very pungent dirty and fishy taste I am from South Louisiana and know what good catfish is. and supposedly Mississippi is supposed to be famous for their farm raised catfish ...I was highly disappointed I could only eat a couple of bites and could not get the fishy days out of my mouth. The Apple cobbler was excellent for desert

Variety of home cooked style meals to choose from and ,my favorite, a salad bar. Almost always busy but servers do a great job of attending to everyone. Very affordable!

Salad bar was definitely nothing to brag about. The meal was okay...cant remember what we ate now. Our service was good...that i do remember. I also remember that the 2 other young workers kept playing with thier hair and then filling drinks and taking things to customers. I didn't like that.

Excellent steak and tasty catfish. Mashed potatoes and gravy were excellent! The sweet tea was perfect. My decaf coffee was excellent. Highly recommend. The server was the best! Will return.

Excellent steaks and Catfish. Everything was prepared just right. Love that they have smaller steaks for ladies and kids. Our server Libby was so friendly and thorough. They were extremely busy but no one missed a beat. Oh and the chocolate cobbler is to die for. Thank you Libby

Good food at great prices. Service was also superb!!! I had the whole catfish and really enjoyed them. Everything that everyone at the table ordered looked great. They were easily able to handle our party of 12 with no problem.
