Very poor service... Did a scan and they made the patient wait for a whole day in their cabin to recieve the report. They need 8 hours to read an MRI/CT report. They lied that they were waiting for the doctors signature . But the report was digitally signed.. Even the final report was full of spelling mistakes. I wonder if the report was correct or not... Wonder why I went to this center. Will never go or recommend. Sorry to say

Worst service, make us to wait for 3hrs to take USG scan.... better try for some other diagnostic centers. Some doctors will prescribe medall, but you can also go for some other centers too..... waste of time.... no peoples are here to ask any information... i called one day before to the visit and spoken to some guy, his name is karthick. He asked us to come by 9am. We reached center by 9.30. In reception they said doctors will come by 10.30. Then whats the reason for asking us to come by 9. Then we waited till 11.30, then finally a lady went inside very fast (i think she is coming late). Then they started calling peoples for scan. For that they can ask us to come by 11 or 11.30. I am posting this review by sitting in their medall diagnostic center in thillai nagar, trichy.

Very very worst services, working employees also very dead slow.. Once u completed the test then you have to wait for one day for results.. My experience is too hard.. So think you people before going for test... Don't waste your time and money...while I'm doing my debit card payment that machine also not working.. Same issue another patient also.. Then I go for atm and get the money do the payments...

Medall diagnostics center located in thillainagar Trichy branch needs improvement in the environment maintenance and it needs cleanliness. Hospitality provided by the staffs were appreciatable. Staff who is in the reception gives attention in detail to all the patients enquiry. There is no appointment has been taken in the diagnostic center so you should have patience to wait till your turn comes for the consultation.

Came here with wife for free Cancer testing they provided for both of us. AS my wife insisted me, I came here with not much expectations. But, They really surprised me with the pleasing services they rendered...! All staff's guided every one came for free checkup with smiling faces. Explain everything very clearly. That too for elderly people they took special attention. Overall experience was Amazing...! Well keep it up service team and staffs..!

Usually we'll do most health check up with Medall 1.Comparatively Economical with Other scan centers in trichy. 2. Less waiting time comparing other scan centers in trichy. (but it can be improved by Care) 3. Report is little delayed My recent experiences. I. I call'd for home blood collection. 1. Timely done. 2. Report given on time. II. Went for Doppler Scan 1. Scanned on time. 2. Report delayed.

Worst diagnostic centre with Useless Manpowers. Only u need to follow up with the Employees for Each and Every process. They ll be Occupied with their own personal works.

Worst customer care . They are cutting the call by saying that the voice is breaking and not even addressing the concern
