food was average. Stale food (പഴകിയ ഭക്ഷണം). the attitude of the staff was too bad. They didn't know how to behave to customers. Very bad service.

It's one of the best food courts in the place! Situated close to the KSRTC stand at Cherthala! Rates are reasonable! The dishes are delicious! Quantity and quality are good! Clean and neat place with the obedient staff! They have arranged toilet facilities for the customers! Separate places are arranged for KSRTC staff and other customers! We tried Beef Manthi,it was not bad.....!!!

This restraunt near ksrtc bus stand... Not much as I had expected to be, heard it as a very excellent service, spice and neat. But food was okay and not well arranged. Their vegetable cutted and arrangement not impressive as well as not neat. Quite expensive for these kinds of food with not much expectations..Quantity is really poor with the cost Didn't like plus too much charged foods ..halal and all doesn't even look to have the appearence of it but just like a usual one Dissatisfied with this. Try it all yourself. Thank you

I have ordered a Shavarma which was ok but is overpriced and could be improved by not adding Cilantro/Coriander leaves.Also ordered a Chicken Biriyani as parcel. They charged me Rs.10 as parcel charge which was not ok for me. They do have an a/c restaurant and a bakery space with a wide variety off snacks and dry fruits. Parking for car is not optimal because it would cause a block in the side walk.

Pathetic food experience. Was in hospital for 1 day because of food poisoning. Taste and quality of food is really bad. If you want to take food then please enter into the indian coffee house nearby this restaurant. Onion food mall is just one of the bad hotels in cherthala.

One of worst biryani ever i had. The chicken pieces is not even properly cooked and we can feel the raw meat. I think the most of the negative reviews are recent and they didn't their attitude because they get loot of new customers every day because of its near to KSRTC Stand

BELOW AVERAGE RESTAURANT. I took my family to there as a treat after hearing some positive reviews. But I have to say the general experience was disappointing including the food we were served especially the Kuzhimanthi. There was no flavour at all. Some sort of spiced rice and almost bland chicken pieces. I felt sorry for those who ordered it. Patthiri however was very good. BDF tasted different but in a good way. VERDICT WOULD BE 50/50. Service: I was very disappointed with the slow service they had. Ordered ice cream as dessert but ended up chasing the manager for it to be served . DISLIKED. And the guy who took the money for final bill never gave back the balance amount. It was only a small amount anyway and we just wanted to get out of that place. So didn't bother to chase that then. DISHONEST. We sat inside the AC ROOM. We felt so warm inside that AC room and we had a joke about that then. Guess they just had the fan on. DISAPPOINTED. LOCATION is convenient as close to KSRTC stand but finding PARKING space is very difficult around that area. Overall, I wouldn't go there again. And WOULDN'T RECOMMEND this place to anyone I know.

There is not enough space in the inside of the hotel. There is soo many foods are there.. the foods are very delicious and tasty 😋.. but there is no parking space.. for 4 wheelers.. and the service of the hotel is also not bad.. and the atmosphere of the hotel is also good

Poor quality food..I have ordered chappathy paratta paneer and alfahm..bad smell came when I opened the packet ….don’t ever order food from this restaurant..worse experience..already informed the hotel and they never took any action
