We were not hotel guests, but there on a port day from our cruise ship. We rented a beach chair for $10 each. It was not very crowded at all. We swam in the beautiful waters and basked in the sun. We had lunch there, and it was very good. We may even return there on another trip.

SO PRETTY! If you're on a cruise, MAKE SURE to go to the van/taxi area and pay the fee to go to Pillory beach, the water is CLEAR over here! Also really great water for snorkeling, I saw SO many different types of fish! There is no seaweed like there is near the cruise port.

A little disappointing. We rented a golf cart and "toured" the island (Grand Turk). There just isn't much to do. We saw the whole thing and spent a little time at a beach in about 3 hours. The beach itself was ok. You can see how beautiful the water is in the picture. Otherwise it was pretty average with no accommodations. If you go to this island it's probably best to just get a beach chair and sit in front of Margaritaville. The pictures below are the main attractions of the island.

Excellent, beautiful, quiet beach. Well worth the 15 minute taxi ride from the cruise ship terminal. Crystal clear water and decent snorkeling. You can use some facilities of a local hotel for a reasonable fees (beach chairs, showers, snorkeling, paddle boards). There is also a small restaurant where you can eat and drink.

A comfortable, mellow beach experience. Short cab ride from cruise ship dock to the beach. The cabs come back to pick you up. Snorkel right from the beach, 20-25 yds off shore. We brought our own snorkel gear but rentals are available at a beach shop. Small restaurant/bar with good food.

The water is amazingly clear and beautiful aqua blue. There are a number of buetiful beaches. If you bring a snokle mask you can stop and swim at any of the beaches. The grand turk island is still recovering from the hurricane, it appears to be a very poor island, lots of debris, wild stray dogs and donkeys all over. Margaritaville is right off the pier port, its a nice place to shop, eat. We rented a golf carr for the day for $100. Id recommend a car or jeep, the golf cart was too slow.

A naturally beautiful beach, about 20-25 minutes from the cruise pier. The beach was perfect. Soft white sand and crystal clear water. No seaweed. Nice for young children to play. It costs $9 per person each way in a taxi. The only bar Bohio Dive Resort on the beach has expensive food and drinks. $16 for two small beers. I didn't order food, but it looked about $40 a plate. There are chairs to rent and a few other items as well. There are washrooms. You can get snorkel gear to rent at the dive center. You can pay for a dive or snorkel excursion there or you can just do some snorkeling from the shore. I didn't see a lot in my snorkeling there but there were some areas with good fish and I enjoyed it. But if you look for better snorkelling you need to pay to go out further on a boat. Definitely one of the best beaches on this tiny island.

Ok beach, but the business there refused to rent out chairs or umbrellas, and refused to let us on their property to buy food or drinks. Water was murky because of large waves. I was really disappointed that the cab driver didn't tell us this until we got there (that we could not use the facilities). No public bathroom.

Go here if you want a beach all to yourself. Beautiful views and warm water. Good place to snorkel. There was a guy that rented beach chairs for $10. He also has a cooler with beers and drinks. Donkeys roaming around

Visited while our cruise ship was in port and the beach was virtually empty. Was easy to find shade and spend a few hours enjoying the beautiful beach and water. The only downside was there was no food or beverage nearby.

The beach is great! It is a public beach right by a hotel/resort. We found some cool shells and a couple of whole sand dollars!! The drinks are pricey at $14, and I'm not entirely sure she put any alcohol in it, but it was tasty. Started getting more crowded as the morning went on. All in all it was pretty good and I would definitely go again.

I was in paradise with the white sand, crystal clear blue waters, and beach front bar. I highly recommend the piña colada topped with island rum. Restrooms were close by, and the beach was a car ride from where the cruise ship docked (this is a good thing). Very few people seized the opportunity to rent a vehicle to drive the 5 miles to Pilliry, so it was not crowded at all. Definitely spend the money on a golf cart or van to get to Pillory. You will not regret it. Ask the locals for direction if you get lost. They are very helpful. Pillory was the highlight of my trip.

(Translated by Google) Great beach, there is also a gazebo with a barter and snorkel tour provider. His offer is reasonably priced and he brings one directly to "The Wall" and shows a hotspot with lots of fish. We were alone with the guide on board.

My favorite beach anywhere. Unfortunately the hotel on Pillory closed (COVID stinks) so there are no services. Hopefully it will reopen soon. Regardless, if you're looking for a secluded beach with super clear, calm water and soft white sand, Pillory is your beach on Grand Turk.

Perfect beach for those who want to get away from the cruise crowds at the port. Only a 10 minute / $8 taxi ride. Very quiet and the place has all of the amenities. Beach is as clean and quiet as it gets. Well worth the $8 ride.

(Translated by Google) The best of our trip was super quiet beaches. You can snorkel quietly. There are not many people. Taxi is cheap and highly recommended place. Free. You only have to pay to rent a chair and sunshade. But there are trees nearby. The beach was for us. Heavenly place and photos of catalogs and commercials. (Original) Fue lo mejor de nuestro viaje playas súper tranquilas. Se puede hacer snorquel tranquilamente. No hay mucha gente. El taxi es barato y muy recomendable lugar. Gratis. Solo debes pagar por rentar silla y quitasol. Pero hay árboles cerca. La playa fue para nosotros. Lugar paradisiaco y de fotos de catálogos y comerciales.

The food was tasty but expensive. Two drinks, a ceasar salad and a fresh fish with rice-n-beans cost us $86. The mixed drinks (rum punch, and tropical daiquiri) made by Rosie, were very good. The beach is beautiful too. I would have enjoyed booking a snorkel boat if I would have known ahead of time.
