An awful hotel. I paid more than 100 euros per night for the room, yet there was neither toilet nor shower in my room - only in the corridor in common use. The room was austere and simple. The overall condition of the hotel was not very clean. The reception staff didn't speak Finnish, and there even wasn't an employee behind the reception counter all the time. We just got one key for a room of 3 persons. The common toilets were too narrow, it was hard to fit there comfortably. All in all, the worst hotel experience ever! The place definitely does nit deserve to be called hotel - even hostel ks close to exaggeration.

Warning! All Harriet brand accommodations in the Turku region are run by same problematic person, who is at the moment accused of a tax fraud according to the Turun Sanomat news paper. You should avoid this and other Harriet brand places at all cost. Not only has bad service been reported but also constant problems with hygiene and cleanliness. Staff is treated poorly and there have been several mentions of bed bugs and mange epidemics. Customers have reported bodily fluids on walls and bed sheets. Take this warning seriously. This place is not bad only in Finnish standards, it would be bad anywhere in the world. So don't kid yourself by thinking, that "okay, bad in Finland cannot be that bad". It is infectiously bad. Don't take this place even if it is last place available. You are better off by sleeping on the streets. Seriously! During summer months that is not a problem. And all other periods you will find some other hotel for sure. *** ONE MORE THING! You will see some good reviews of this place on certain websites. It is highly suspected that these are bought reviews!!!

The only thing that was falling apart more than the room by the end of the night was my mental state. The pictures are not accurate, you'd hope they'd be white but sadly the beds are 50 shades of stains. The prospect of a TV excited me until I realised the mains power for the TV was chopped andwas "made safe" by wrapping in tape... Was a bit of a shock. The room was far too expensive for what it was, slept on the floor there was less risk bed bugs and crabs. When we arrived in the room we had our bedding taken away from us.. honestly it made the room a bit nicer. On the whole I feel this hotel is appropriate for renting by the hour, or get a combination package from the strip club across the road. I would not bring your children unless you want to teach then where they don't want to end up in life. There is more chance of me giving this place a 5* review than get a refund.. save yourselves the money and your sanity

Do not stay here. We paid €110+ euros for a single night on stained mattresses. Having been hiking previously, we mostly opted to sleep on the floor rather than on the filthy beds. No toilet or shower in room, only a communal one in the corridor. A single sink in the corner of the room which had old hair sitting in it. Horrible staff that increased the price of the room on all of their online sales when we mentioned it was marginally cheaper than their desk price We had our bed sheets, pillows and covers taken away by the strange receptionist. Awful.

Do Not Stay Here!!! I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this dump is the most terrible of them all, even so awful that I could not stay here. I had to leave during the night. Example, bed was covered in mold. There were two different mattress covers, one of which was very dirty and had some yellow stains on it. The bed was supposedly imported from the outside, as the bed base were rotten, and on the bottom there were still leafs and stuff. We called a 24h service number. The employee of hotel was rude, outrageous and did not in any way serve good customer service.

I booked the hotel after 10pm and there was check in anymore. Hotel took extra 20e for check in through phone, actually just needed the door code. Scam.. stay away if you have a choice..

Never come here! They provide the wifi but without network, noisy, tiny bedroom without any curtains and dirty bathroom. The price is also not cheap. It's compared with others it's also bad.

Ensinnäkin tullessa huonevarausta ei näkynyt heidän paperilla(!), vaikka etukäteen netissä maksettu ja varausnumerot ja kaikki esillä. Respa sit soitteli omistajalle joka kanssani juteltua väitti että huoneita ei olisi vapaana (mit vit?) ja olisi ehdotti että olisin vaihtanut majoitukseen 15km päähän Naantaliin (mit vit taas?). Saimme kuitenkin huoneen täältä kuten perhana piti. Alkeellinen paikka kaiken kaikkiaan. Vessoissa ei käsipaperia(mit ihmettä nyt taas???) ja paikka on aidosti olemassa vain siksi, että täällä voi olla vain yön. Älä kuvittele saavasi mitää erikoista, pyyhe maksaa 3e lisää (:D) jne.. ...jos JOTAIN positiivista yrittää löytää tästä, niin suht lähellä keskustaa. Eli pakollinen YKSI YÖ voidaan just ja just olla täällä. Jos haluat olla useamman yön Turussa, valitse jokin muu paikka. PS. Äänieristys on absoluuttisen olematon. Vältä kuin ruttoa!

Ala-arvoista asiakaspalvelua. Luvattiin, että aiemmin sisäänkirjautuminen onnistuu. Paikalle saavuttaessa ainoa henkilökunnan jäsen koko paikassa oli siistijä. Soitettaessa henkilölle, joka oli aiemmin luvannut sisäänkirjautumisen aikaistamisen, oli kyseinen henkilö tyly ja epäystävällinen. Varttitunnin ihmettelyn jälkeen, antoi siistijä meille huoneen avaimen. Poislähtiessä ei ketään henkilökunnan jäsentä näkynyt missään. Huoneessa ei ollut vessaa, käytävällä sijaitsevasta vessasta puuttui kokonaan käsipaperi. Ei ollut edes telinettä, missä olisi voinut olla jotain, mihin pyyhkiä kätensä. Kylpypyyhkeen olisi saanut lisämaksusta ja aamiaisesta ei ollut puhettakaan.

Päivänä jona piti saapua, soitettiin että meille ei olekkaan huonetta mutta tarjolla olisi ruissalosta huoneisto. No ok, otetaan se. Ovia ei saanut lukkoon, vessaa ei löydetty (sen piti olla ulkona), hämähäkinseittiä KAIKKIALLA, kuolleita ötököitä kaikkialla, siivousta ei selkeästi oltu tehty. Paikalle pääseminen oli hankalaa, hiekkatietä paikalle ei oltu valaistu joten illalla kuljettiin pilkkopimeässä paikalle.

Bed Bugs!!!!! I stayed in this hotel only because I arrived to Turku late at night and made a mistake in booking my original hotel and wasn't able to check in until the next day. I give Harriet full credit for accepting me on a very short notice, like an hour before I arrived. The guy at the reception desk was super helpful and accommodating. I didn't care about shared shower rooms with dated decor. I stayed in many hostels before. The only difference was the bed bug infestation. I woke up covered in bites. When I got home, I took no chances. Everything was incinerated before I even entered my house.

Hotel Harriet Olimme erittäin pettyneitä. Huono asiakaspalvelu. Erittäin likainen huone. Suihkua ei saa ylös, vain yksi wc paperi rulla, yhdet pyyhkeet molemmille. Jouduttiin maksamaan kahden hengen huoneesta 15e lisämaksu, jotta saadaan huone suihkulla. WC-pönttö on irti lattiasta, huomattu kun siihen istui ja sen saisi otettua kokonaan pois jos haluaisi. Asiakaspalvelija ei puhu suomea. Huoneen lakanoissa oli karvoja ja olivat likaisia. Huone on karu, ei ole edes mattoa. Asiakaspalvelija tuli itse avaamaan huoneemme oven, ja myöhemmin vielä koputtamaan ja kysymään olemmeko joku toinen asiakas. Seinät ovat herkät, äänet kuuluvat todella hyvin huoneeseen käytävästä käytävästä ja kadulta. Huoneen kattolamput eivät toimi. Ei televisiota.

Ainoa hyvä asia tässä "Hotellissa" oli sijainti. Niin monta asiaa pisti silmään, että en tiedä mistä nyt aloittaisi: -Respan työntekijä puhui suht huonoa Suomea, sen verran hyvin kuitenkin että asiat saatiin hoidettua. -Ei aamupalaa -Kahden hengen huone todella pieni, huoneessa ei ole WC:tä tai suihkua, pelkkä lavuuari. -Huoneessa ei ollut pyyhkeitä ( ei löytynyt edes käytävältä, laseja (edes kertakäyttömukeja), käsipyyhe paperia (piti hakea käytävän vessasta WC paperia) -Kylpyhuone on käytävällä, ränsistyneessä kunnossa ja jos oikein ymmärsin se on kaikkien yöpyjien käytössä -Käytävän WC todella pieni, isompi kaveri ei mahdu varmasti istumaan ( tai ainakin tekee todella tiukkaa isommalle kaverille. En suosittele, kuin pakon alla

Omistaja harrastaa harmaata taloutta todennäköisesti, koska kun haluat muuttaa päiväää omistaja sanoo että onnistuu kun pistät 20€ mobilepayssä. Verokarhu vieköön.

Short stay, but nice. I had a small single room and it was simple but good! I didn't expect much because I read previous reviews, so maybe that's why I think it's good. Nothing to complain of.

A nice place to lodge.

Paperthin walls, lots of noise when drunk people come home in the morning, small rooms, outdated, breakfeast room had only 3 tables. Quite central, friendly staff.

Hintaan nähden (yöpyminen muutamia kymppejä!) erinomainen. Kahden hengen huone oli viihtyisä ja ihan hyvä työmatkalla nukkumiseen. Työmatka/ 1 yö.

Ja kaikki oli ihanasti rempallaan... Tarviis tehhä remppaa, jos mielii jatkaa. Sänky kuitennii ihan ok.
