Highlight of my trip to Helsinki. Leif took an extra care with communication beforehand, with extra steps to accommodate my travel situation. The experience was great with the added value of Leif's educational stories about survival in cold waters and other interesting facts. Warmly recommend (pun intended) to take care of actual wool clothing and multiple layers for this experience. But don't worry, if they deem you to be too poorly clothed before jumping in the survival suits, they provide extra actual wool sweaters and socks to make sure that you enjoy your experience to the fullest!

Definitely a great experience! We really had a ton of fun in the water and we almost didn't want to get out despite staying in there for an hour! We also learned a lot about the danger and benefits of cold water. The instructor is really kind and nice, you can tell her wants everybody to have a good time and we definitely did! 10 out 10, we will do it again :)

An excellent experience, Leif and Olli were super friendly, the RIB part was fun, we stopped twice for some narration of historical events and information about some islands, the stroll on the island was awesome & the weather was just PERFECT. We held the ax & chopped the wood, started a fire, cooked a salmon soup and had a lovely meal on the shore. We also were served a Finnish dessert that ended the trip greatly.

Amazing Adventure Redrib Experience 2!! Great way to start your trip in Finland, learn a bit about Finnish history, and see the main sights from the water!! Olli and Kapua were gracious and informative hosts. Recommended for thrill seekers, both young and old!!

Was in Helsinki on a Company tripp. Where on a trip with theese guys. Got to see the local wildlife, visit an Island where we bathed, used finsk sauna and ate barbeque, all arranger by this Company. If you visit Helsinki, take a trip with their RIB boats. They go from 45-55 ish knots on a Nice day.

We had an amazing time on the private island for the sunset lounge experience. The cabin was very cosy which was great since the weather was on the cooler side but the skies cleared and we still got our sunset. We also had our first finnish sauna experience which was an unexpected surprise. Difficult experience to top during rest of our honeymoon and would definitely highly recommend. Big thanks to Leif and Olly for taking care of us. A really special experience!

The Redrib archipelago experience was fantastic and was by far the highlight of our time in Helsinki. Olli and Marko were superb guides - knowledgeable, friendly and good humoured. We loved the wood fired sauna followed by a dip in the sea and a stroll around the beautiful island, fortified by the delicious soup prepared by Marko (with excellent coffee!). The rib ride back was amazing - we went the long way around and had a chance to see what the boat could do! Thank you!

The Redrib Archipelago Experience was the highlight of our stay in Helsinki. My family had a great time with Olli, and Marko learning all about Finland on our Rib boat cruise into the archipelago. We were able to experience our first Finnish sauna and then went swimming in Baltic Sea. The very delicious salmon soup was awesome, and something you must try! You cannot go wrong in making a reservation with REDRIB Experience!

This was an incredible experience in a stunning setting. We had a hotel pickup from central Helsinki then in just 25mins you are in the archipelago with silence and tranquility. The orange survival suits are so much fun to relax in the icy water and climbing onto the ice shelf. Our guide gave us lots of information about safety and enjoying the natural environment of the area. We then changed to warm suits and boarded the hovercraft for a thrilling journey across ice and water through the many islands before stopping on one fir views towards Estonia and a delicious lunch by a log fire. A truly memorable tour and cannot recommend highly enough to explore Finland outside of Helsinki.

This was a great outing and Leif was an awesome tour guide - better than all the others we had in Finland! We had a blast and got to learn a lot. Five stars all around! Must do.

We had an amazing experience. Leif was the best tour guide we have had on our trip. Robert was a very skilled pilot and made the experience feel safe and fun. Ice floating was an awesome experience with the hovercraft. Would definitely recommend this activity with red rib. This was the best activity we have done out of 10 others all over Lapland and Finland. Their suits were the best quality and the entire experience was very well organised. Perfect way to experience beautiful Helsinki.

my boyfriend and I had a really good moment. It was a surprise he offered me and I can't say I wasn't scarred when I understood what was going on. But our instructor was very kind and explained me every thing so I was happy to try. Unfortunately we did it a little too early in the season so there wasn't any ice but it was indeed funny. The water was quite cold so we could feel the interest of thesuit. And our instructor teaches us a lot of very interesting stuffs about surviving in the cold water. We had a very great time!

Most incredible experience which wouldn’t have been possible if not for Leif! He is so wonderful, professional and kind. Added on to this already great experience was a very interesting and educated explanation surrounding the suits, hypothermia, the first responders at sea, etc… Thank you, Lia and Ines

We had a great experience with Leif. Wearing the survival suit was a very unusual experience, it was amazing to be able to walk out into the ice in complete safety! Floating in the frozen water was a very unique experience, it was fantastic being at eye level with the frozen sea. Leif is super enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all things related to the sea, in particular safety at sea, so we learned lots of useful tips as well having a very cool sensory experience. Leif sent on some lovely photos to us afterwards, which are really nice memories of the day. He also spoke so enthusiastically about the benefits of the Finnish tradition of combining a sauna with a dunk in the sea that we decided to give it a go afterwards, which we definitely wouldn't have otherwise, and that was amazing too!

If you're in Helsinki I 100% recommend you do this! Amazing experience and a fantastic way to see Helsinki's archipelago 😊 Excellent service from start to finish, through booking, going on a hike, to being on the RIB itself. Outstanding attention to details and great commentary about archipelago and Finland in general. Zipping across the sea at high speed was an exhilarating experience! The crew on board was very helpful, fun and friendly ❤️ Thank you guys for this wonderful adventure and unforgettable memories!
