So this was my second time here first time. It was amazing nurse doctor were caring this. Time. It was not so good. Every bathroom I went into was disgusting, 2 the rooms they put u to wait for. Dr had a chair that’s a fury sitting hours and hours on. Makes you have more pains them the main reason you went in. Really makes me second guess coming back. Some of staff is caring other weren’t.

Having been waiting here for over 6 hours my 1 year old son has 103 degree fever and I’m still waiting to be seen. The inside of the building where the waiting room is located is beyond gross!! This is a complete embarrassment the government should have to step in, the health care system is terrible, they should have people just wait from home instead you will probably get more sick just being exposed indoors edit: no one ever came to talk to me as I’m waiting here the response from the owner is a lie… my son fever now spiked higher

This place is a joke. Do yourself a big favor and please DO NOT go to their emergency department. 6 hrs wait and I literally had to give up. Please go to memorial or doctors in Modesto for emergency. Spoke to the nurse named ‘Natalie’ who was super rude. Could simply tell staff hasn’t been properly trained to treat people the right way. If pain is 8-9/10 and they keep you on wait for 6 hours ( would have been more but I just left ) and say you are ‘ our low priority patient’, I do see this as a huge problem. I was literally bleeding internally. Never go here even by mistake.There are far better places nearby. Someone who visits here not being sick, even they will end up becoming sick. Horrible atmosphere. I thought I was the only one who experienced this, but after reading the reviews they all look aligned. Wait for 5+ hours with rude staff.

My mom had to be transferred to this hospital which is 2 hours away from home and I got on these reviews and I was scared. BUT I am so grateful for this facility. Do not believe these negative comments on here. Everyone from security all the way to the nurses and doctors were so nice and caring. I want to give a special thanks Kam and Pardeep who were my moms day and night nurse thank you for caring for my mom and getting her back to good health. Worse place ever first time I came was horrible 12 hours for nothing and this is the second time here and the staff doesn’t care about the patience they are extremely slow, patients bleeding on the floor staff don’t even pay attention or care. At the pace this place goes you will die before being seen this will be the last time I ever visit this hospital. They should be shut down

Would give zero stars if I could. Staff in ER were terrible, borderline abusive. Woke up covered in bruises. Over heard nurse saying that staff was trying to keep me in a temporary room for my entire stay. Left me in a urine soaked bed for hours. Came in going through DKA and after taking me out of ICU, didn’t administer insulin or check my blood after meals. Repetitively told me I’d be discharged but kept trying to keep me for more consecutive days. Shane from ICU was the only positive thing I have to say about Emanuel.

If I could give zero stars I would. I would rather pay out of pocket anywhere else than come to this terrible place. I waited for 3 hours without any word on my results of lab work, ekg, and chest X-ray. I’ve never waited that long in any hospital. I asked the triage nurse if my results are back since I’ve waited hours and she gave me a dirty look and said “they’ll call you when they’re ready.” She didn’t even attempt to check for me and didn’t care that I’ve been there for hours. I walked out. I’ll call medical records in the morning for my results rather than wait around for nothing with no help. Worse medical center ever! Don’t waste your time coming here. It’s awful!

I had a terrible experience with the majority of medical "professionals" that attended me. I was medically gaslighted and mocked by some of the medical professionals that assisted me when I told them my issue and the symptoms I was experiencing. Honestly if you're considering seeking medical attention here please consider elsewhere. They will ignore your symptoms and not even check what you're there for. I HONESTLY LEFT THE HOSPITAL IN THE SAME OR WORSE STATE THEN WHEN I WALKED IN. No wonder this place has such bad reviews when they hire people like the medical staff that attended me.

This ER is where you come to die, you just won’t die that particular day but eventually you will die if you don’t get a 2nd opinion, which honestly shudve bin you 1st opinion in the 1st place. Nurse and PA’s at this facility was D- students in college and they all ended here because no one else wants them. It’s very rare for you to be attended by an MD, so your health is compromised.

I made the mistake of going to this facility, assuming the care would be of the quality it once was, but sadly, is no longer. I've never had a more distressful experience in a medical facility, either as a patient, or accompanying a patient. I was in unbearable pain, nauseous, feeling as thoughI would faint in moments, yet, like the nearly 50 others (I counted) sitting/standing in the waiting area, including one woman very ill, vomiting, unable even to stand unassisted, I was essentially made to sit in an essentially unsanitary situation for what likely would have been hours, until electing, even in severe pain, to move to a different facility, which, unlike this one, provided exemplary care, timely, cleanly, with sensitivity. I was examined, tested, provided pain medication administered parenterally, and sent home, comfortably with pain finally diminishing, in under 45 minutes. In a word, sad.

Waited 3 and half hours for oral decadron for my daughter administered by a nurse practioner in a curtained room shared by others. The amount billed to my insurance was over $4000. It seemed pretty outlandish given we were seen for 5min and given a cheap medication. Update: called them regarding bill. No mistakes. That's what they charge.

If 0 stars, that's what I would give for my experience tonight as I lay here in more pain bawling my eyes out. I have video and photos to prove that not only did the Dr not even examine me, didn't ask my pain level, didn't address my pain at all, 4 different nurses came in and one of them pushed me back on the bed due to blood pressure while I was crying in pain still 4 hours later. Then once I could finally give some urine after no fluids were given through my iv and I had not eaten or drank all day it was someone else's cup. I was also called 3 different names other than my own. When I told the Dr I would like to leave as I was in way too much pain and would rather be at home in pain then get left in the room for hours with no pain control and nobody even asked how the pain felt or a scale he just gave me attitude, stated that he was doung the tests, then smirked back saying you really want to leave and i said yes, i would rather be at home in pain then there getting treated that way. For what, seriously having pain and a horrible cough. I will be contacting proper authorities to handle these issues and hopefully I can bear through the night until my mom can get me to kaiser in the morning. I am still in so much pain and now even worse cause I am so disappointed and angry. It is just sad that they are so inhumane. No care in the world for others suffering.

If only ZERO stars was possible. Im currently pregnant and went in do to pain in my left side. I came out in even more pain a feeling miserable with my results. I was told my pregnancy was not viable and I would need a D&C…. Never was I given a copy of my ultrasound, told I had a cyst on my left ovary or that my blood pressure was extremely high. I was told straight away that my pregnancy was not viable with no real explanation. I was also told HCG was not important during pregnancy! Here I am 2 weeks later with a healthy pregnancy and zero complications. I will NEVER seek medical attention at this ER.

Only went to this stupid ER because I was sent from the urgent care because my hemoglobin was at 6.7 . My symptoms are unbearable. Bleeding, dizziness , headaches , loss of vision . Got sent here specifically for a blood transfusion with my blood work already on hand and they sent me home. Lol went to a different hospital and getting my transfusion done. This place is horrible they’ll send you home dying honestly. Lazy doctors.

This hospitals ER are like a bunch of ckns with their heads cut off! Very unorganized!!! Don't go here if you are having heart problems! They care more about talking the partying they did last night than their job! Whoever is the head charge needs to step up! What if it was your family member?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst urgent care ever, worst experience I had in an urgent care. I was waiting on my room literally crying in pain begging for someone to come see me, all they have to say was give us a minute. I was sitting there for 3 long hours in my worst pain. After 3 hours i choose to leave and go to another hospital. Please people just go to another professional emergency room. Where they can really care for you.

My grandmother was here last night, she was transferred here for a stress test. She was completely ignored and brushed to the side. They put her in a room and left her there for an hour with the call button out of reach. They ended up ignoring the other hospitals request for the stress test and discharged her at 3:30 in the morning with no way home.

I had a stomach bug/virus and was sick for several days. I finally went to EMC ER and they treated me very well. I didn’t have to wait long either because I used their appointment feature online. The staff was very nice and treated me well. Thank you.

How did these people pass medical school. They don’t even use basic common sense I am so discouraged of ever getting quality medical care at this hospital and I am so embarrassed for their staff cuz they ain’t very good at what they do and that’s unfortunate because Turlock needs a medical facility they can count on for quality care. Over 5 hours of sitting in a hallway. 2 test done and 4 hours for results.

I haven't been here in years due to sour staff & doctors but last night I had no choice my husbands bp was 180/130 he felt faint, had a cold sweat and tightness of chest. Registration area are definitely not people persons 0 stars for them, The Lead lady asked my husband what he was there for he told her his bp was super high she didn't even bother to ask any other questions how its usually done just put his patient ID bracelet on and sent him to wait. He had to wait a little over an hour! In danger of a possible heart attack/stroke! He was finally taken back to Triage station 2 even the RN was concerned about his heart rate, she did everything quick to take care of him along with the ER Tech, Phlebotomist, Xray Tech, and CT scan they all did their job well I was blown away and thankful for that shift. 100 stars for them!! Finally Dr. Dauood Alam came in I was very worried about this part due to past experiences but we were blessed with a really caring doctor he went above and beyond to cover all angles he's definitely 1 in a million even called my husband today to see how he's doing! 100 stars for him as well! God bless those who truly love doing their job you guys are a blessing!!!

My granddaughter was taken to ER by ambulance. The staff was wonderful. The room was newly equipped, and the nurses were amazing. She was transferred to ICU and it was the nicest hospital that I’ve ever been in. It was clean, the nurses and doctors were wonderful. The old part of the emergency room would get a 2 star. That’s in the section where minor medical things are treated. I’ve been there before, and was very disappointed. Long wait and the triage was done very poorly.

My wife Maria has been there for over 3 hours with a ruptured ear drum and in pain, they gave her a pill and stuck her back in the lobby, oh and stuck an IV needle in her arm. They said they need to do a Cat Scan. No one has talked to her for hours. This place is beyond horrible. Update: got a generic automated answer from "owner" still waiting over 6 hours now

I came in keeled over from stomach pain and nausea. Couldn’t sit up right or lay down on the benches in the waiting room. Was threatened by security Juan O to either sit on a bench in the ER or to wait outside. Update: the lack of urgency demonstrated by the staff is honestly shameful

They had me in the hallway with other people for over 9 hours after doing a COVID test. Nurse left me out there with the rest of the people knowing that my test came back positive for COVID. She waited hours until the doctor had time to speak to me just to tell me I was COVID positive and discharge me. Dr even made a comment I was “following him to the end of his shift”. Every time I asked if results came back or if someone could check on things for me she gave me attitude despite me being as polite as possible after waiting over 9 hours. They don’t even clean the seats they have sick patients in the hallway in and they just seat new people in them. Some even leave behind finger monitors or arm bands for blood pressure that they’ve used and the nurses or janitors don’t clean or pick them up. Go to memorial or doctors in Modesto instead of this place.

They almost killed me when they let me throw up for four hours in the lobby even though I had already been puking for hrs prior to that and could barely stay awake. My gallbladder almost burst. And on the second occasion going there they let me fall asleep after I told them I was in an accident where I was concussed and didn’t receive treatment for hrs when I did I asked for no stitches and because I was loopy I was told that I had to get them and I accept unwilllingly
