Really, really good BBQ! Twice in 2 days we had the Brisket Sandwich for lunch. If you like BBQ don’t miss this place!

This little eatery gets 5 stars from me! The ribs tasted just like it should, not too salty and not too bland. Straight fall off the bone goodness! This place is a must if you love barbecued meats.

First time going there. Recommended by a friend. Food was excellent 👍. Brisket, sausage,ribs,Mac and cheese, beams and cornbread. All cooked so well. Will definitely be going back 😁

Tri Tip sandwich was incredible!! If I had to be picky, hamburger bun can't hold up to all the tri tip piled on it. Otherwise, you guys can QUE!!! Nice job

First time trying them out while at the Hughson street fair. Best brisket ever. I ordered the brisket nachos. Had to save 1/2 so filling. Recommend to anyone who loves BBQ.

I had heard about this place a couple of times but hadn't had a chance to try it out until the other day. It did not disappoint. The good was really good. I got the brisket bowl (mac and cheese with brisket on top). It was awesome. Between our group I think most of the meats were tried and there were no complaints. It's outdoor seating only which probably isn't a big deal for most, but obviously weather could be a factor if you wanted to eat there. I would say the prices are fair. The portions are good (mine was enough for two meals and the sandwiches were pretty substantial). I would definitely go again!

Right off Santa Fe road in Hughson. I was going to hit up the Tri tip sandwich however a young man suggested the Brisket, outstanding suggestion. I’ll be back to try tri tip and chicken. Seating outside only. Many to go orders flew by as I devoured my sandwich. The name itself hooked me but the food will bring me back..

This place is a true gem on Santa Fe! The meat is fantastic (melt in your mouth!) And the sides? Try em all, I started with Mac and cheese and went forward from there. Kevin and Adam have turned their passion for great barbecue into a treat for all of us. Can't wait for The Ranchhand to open up!

Ordered trip tip sandwich honestly the best part was only the bbq sauce. I ended up stopping at a different BBQ stop instead I could not eat that.it was extremely dry meat. The younger man who was taking order and payment had a rude way about him. Made me feel like he was mad we where ordering. I want my $& back but It’s a small busses not sure how it works at these things. Now I know and I’m not returning.

We have been coming to Slick Fork for a LONG time, I always call ahead of time to make sure they hold our order because we drive from Atwater. It’s Father’s Day and I called ahead of time and reserved a pound of brisket and a pound of chicken and we just got here and they don’t have ANY Brisket???? After I called and let them know we were on our way from Atwater? I left my husband’s name and offered to leave our phone number and the girl that answered said she didn’t need it, it would be there. Wow. Gas is almost $7 a gallon, wasted time and trip. Happy Father’s Day…

Delicious food, everything is on point. Ribs are soft and tender, tri tip is mouth watering and sides are hot full of flavor.

I drive passed Slick fork alot with my job and decided to stop by,Tried the Brisket sandwich didn't order any sides to go with it and I'm glad I didn't on this trip wouldn't want to over do it while still having alot of driving to do,But the Brisket is the best I've ever had,The sandwich alone will fill you up,Almost every bite I took big chunks of Meat fell out of it,They give generous portions,Will definitely be coming back,The service was friendly as well

Best BBQ place in the Central Valley. I would highly recommend this place to anyone everything on the menu is delicious. Must try cornbread it’s out of this world.

Had Slick Fork cater my party and everybody loved the chicken thighs and brisket. Very good customer service. Fair prices. Overall, it was a great experience doing business with them. I will definitely be back for more in the near future.

This is the best BBQ we have ever had! I wish I had more ribs right now. Plenty of food for four people easily with food left to take home. The young man that served us was really nice. I recommend this place to everyone!❤️

Decided to try this place out after seeing all the high ratings. I ordered the brisket sandwich with potato salad and my girlfriend ordered the rib plate. Customer service was friendly and it smelled great sitting outside while we waited. When we received our food and opened our containers the food looked great but that's about it lol. The bread on my brisket was on the cool side and it looked like they pulled it straight out of the bag and served it. The brisket was salty and man was it dry. The only moisture was from the bbq sauce that wasn't even good, didn't stand out. I only ate half of my sandwich, tossed the other half. My girlfriends ribs were mostly fat. This place didn't stand out at all. Maybe just a bad day.
