I
have
been
practicing
yoga
for
over
4
years,
and
I
have
tried
many
different
studios
in
Dublin.
Mandala
Yoga
is
by
far
my
favorite.
The
teachers
create
a
beautiful
space
where
you
can
feel
safe
and
supported
to
express
yourself
through
challenging
and
creative
flows.
The
teachers
are
amazing.
Amy
and
Susan
are
both
incredibly
knowledgeable
and
experienced,
and
they
create
a
warm
and
supportive
environment
in
their
classes.
They
are
also
always
willing
to
modify
poses
for
students
of
all
levels.
Additionally,
it
is
amazing
to
see
how
much
they
care
about
their
students.
They
know
our
names,
give
us
chocolates
after
some
classes,
and
even
sometimes
we
can
get
a
little
massage
during
shavasana.
The
classes
are
challenging
but
not
overwhelming.
I
always
feel
like
I
am
getting
a
great
workout,
but
I
never
feel
like
I
am
being
pushed
too
hard.
The
studio
is
beautiful.
It
is
clean,
well-lit,
and
has
a
great
energy.
I
highly
recommend
Mandala
Yoga
to
anyone
looking
for
a
great
yoga
experience
in
Dublin.
You
won't
be
disappointed!
