    Susan and Amy and all teachers are equally good here. Understand if you are going on holiday. Tuesdays Yin yoga class has improved the length of time I sleep no end. Long hold stretches releases lactic acid held in connective tissues and tendons.

    Great classes at Mandala Yoga, they’re a good balance of challenging and relaxing classes. It helped me gain strength and flexibility. Susan and Amy are lovely, and all the teachers I tried classes with were very good and professional.

    One of the best yoga studios I have visited in Dublin over the past 8 years or so. The class schedule is very convenient and suits my times with an amazing selection of caring teachers guiding us through many different yoga styles on a weekly basis. I can highly recommend Mandala Yoga for all levels of students from beginners to advanced practitioners.

    Hands down my favorite yoga studio by a long shot. Susan & Amy have created an amazing community and it is a very welcoming and supportive environment. The people teaching there are very knowledgeable and classes are challenging but very fun and you are able to take it slow if you like too. I have moved abroad now and it is incredibly difficult finding a studio that comes close to the Mandala Magic. Give it a go!

    Manasi creates a wonderful energy in the yoga class so people feel safe to be themselves. There is a good balance of gentle movement, meditation, and circle time. We also got tea and choc :) I will be going to mandala yoga again manasi’s classes and workshops.

    I had put off starting yoga for various reasons, always just thinking about it…But finally I started yoga after I pulled a muscle in my back. The physio recommended that I do yoga as part of my recovery. So, I signed up to the “yoga for beginners” course in Mandala in February and can really feel the benefit. Hello spine! Amazing. Every week showed me something new and I definitely plan to continue going at least once a week. Susan and Amy always make you feel welcome so welcome and were attentive to my ability and my injury! Thanks guys.

    Mandala Yoga is run by Amy and Susan - who are both fantastic teachers! I've been following them since Init Yoga. They offer power vinyasa classes as well as yin yoga and occasional workshops including sound baths. It is my favourite yoga studio in Dublin as the level of care and sense of community is just exceptional ❣️

    I have been practicing yoga for over 4 years, and I have tried many different studios in Dublin. Mandala Yoga is by far my favorite. The teachers create a beautiful space where you can feel safe and supported to express yourself through challenging and creative flows. The teachers are amazing. Amy and Susan are both incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and they create a warm and supportive environment in their classes. They are also always willing to modify poses for students of all levels. Additionally, it is amazing to see how much they care about their students. They know our names, give us chocolates after some classes, and even sometimes we can get a little massage during shavasana. The classes are challenging but not overwhelming. I always feel like I am getting a great workout, but I never feel like I am being pushed too hard. The studio is beautiful. It is clean, well-lit, and has a great energy. I highly recommend Mandala Yoga to anyone looking for a great yoga experience in Dublin. You won't be disappointed!

    I recently completed the 6 week beginners yoga course and really enjoyed it! As a novice I was apprehensive at first but the calm vibes and clear instructions from teacher Susan put me and the rest of the beginners at ease. Never had I envisioned myself doing something like yoga but a recent back injury made me decide to give it a go. It really helped me, I can feel an increased level of flexibility and core strength. Also I found it a great way to clear the head on a Monday evening after work. Will be attending more Mandala classes in the future for sure.

    This review is so long overdue. I have been attending Mandala since the beginning & it is such a wonderful studio & I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Teachers are amazing - so knowledgeable & experienced but also so welcoming & kind to all who attend classes. There is such variation in classes - there is a class to suit everyone. Amy & Susan adopt a very personal approach and are always avail for questions or to assist. If you're looking for a positive yoga experience, you must try Mandala.

    Probably the best yoga studio I have ever been to in Dublin (and I have been to a few!). Yoga classes with Mandala have become an essential part of my day now. The simplicity of their schedule has also helped me set up a daily yoga routine. Teachers are both passionate and caring and highly qualified, and there is always something new to learn in each class (whether you are a pro or a beginner). I always feel energized and regenerated after each power flow at Mandala. Yin yoga classes are also great. Highly recommended!

    I first started practicing yoga with Mandala online during Covid after a friend told me about them. I have also been to the Haddington Road studio to take some in person classes. My Mandala yoga journey to date has been a such a positive experience - I love the classes, the vibe, all the teachers are great and each one brings something new to my practice. Highly recommend for any beginner yogis wanting to learn in such a uniquely supportive and welcoming space. Thanks Mandala! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
